Big O Tires

From out of town and blew a tire on the freeway. Handled the warranty situation quickly and professionally even though it was a crazy busy Saturday afternoon. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We appreciate their service and will use them again when in the area.

Hands down the best tire shop in town but they're expertise and knowledge goes much further than tires. If you've ever passed by and witnessed some of the amazing vehicles in the bays and in the line up you'll know what I'm talking about. There are some rare and fantastic hot rods, customs and originals that utilize this shop. Outstanding work, pricing and professionalism every time.

As always, quick, reliable and friendly. I asked them to check on noise from a loose body panel and they fixed it without charge and gave the undercarriage a general look over.

Will be back in the future.

We were visiting from California. Even though there was less than 20,000 miles on the car, the tire age may have ben a problem. We had just started our ascent up to the Sawtooth Mountains when we literally lost the rear passenger tire...it literally disintegrated. We limped back into town and Big O was the closest tire store. They replaced both rear tires for us in about an hour, without an appointment! They were very courteous and helpful. This allowed us to make our trip to Sawtooth that very same day! We did more traveling around the state and then drove back to California with no problem. I would highly recommend this store.

I've been a customer of theirs for less than one year, but they have always been great to deal with (something I couldn't say about the tire Co. I had been using). I brought one of my two vehicles for an oil change. And they were professional and welcoming as usual. When I was checking in, they found some bad data on my vehicle's motor size; but, they quickly corrected it (affects which filter is req'd). About 45 minutes later, I was told that they did not have my vehicle's filter available, -w/ the closest available one in Meridian, - and could I come back that afternoon? The fellow was very apologetic about the situation (and after all, there are 1000's of filter applications out there), I said that I had a filter at my home, which was close, and I asked him if that would work for them, if i went and got it? And I asked if I'd keep my place in line, if I did? - (yes, & yes). This ate a larger part of my day, than I had figured on, - but 'stuff ' - happens to us all & getting upset never helps much. They reimbursed me for my filter, and a little bit for my inconvenience. I felt they handled an unfortunate situation with grace, - not with the 'attitude' some other shops have come to rely on. They're a keeper. Next time I'll just call 1st, & make sure they have the filter I need in stock. - Something everyone should do.

With a road trip to Oregon coming up, I wanted to make sure my truck was serviced, tires rotated, new air filter, and they found I needed service on my differential. Louie got it all done, threw in a discount, and got me ready to roll. Thanks Big O!

Great, fast service!: Dropped off my car about 11:30, told em I needed it by 4:30, they said it'd be done by 3. Grabbed lunch at a nearby restaurant and got a call as I was finishing saying the car was done. That was a little before 12:30. Awesome!

I always get great service from my neighborhood big o tires! I take my car in before work, drop the keys in the door, walk to work cone back at lunch, if they have a question they call. A couple of days later I had a strange doing coming from under the hood, drove by on my way home they took care of the problem immediately even close to closing, they are wonderful and I appreciate everything they do!

It was so fast! I had a new battery installed. My car works again. Thanks

Caring for P.j. Nick name for 1986 camper van. When my van broke down I had it towed to the one place I knew would be honest as what needed to be done to get P.J. back up an running. Unfortunately it turned out the fix would be a cost I choose not to take on. Big O allowed me to leave P.J. there . They also tried to find the best repair and lowest prices. They were so understanding! That is the reason I have been a Big O client for the past four years in Boise Idaho.

Mick Alley is a one of a kind person (Honest and has the best Customer Service I've found). The only place I'll take my vehicles to for tires, shocks and may service items. Louie and Jordan were also very helpful.
