Big O Tires

My husband got a flat tire on his way home from work. We took the tire off his car and took it to the business closest to our home. They told us they couldn't fix it and that they had no used tires in particular size...but DID try to sell us a rather expensive new one. So I called Big O...they said they had one that would work...for a very reasonable price! We were in and out in less than one hour! Very impressive! And the employees are both friendly and professional!

Louie met me in the Big-O building, even though they were very busy that day. I had an electrical problem with dead battery in my Suburban. Louie had it all checked out and determined that it was a bad battery with no other electrical issues. He replaced the battery on warranty with no hesitation. The vehicle works just fine now and I told Louie this is partly why we come to this Big-O store and will continue to do so. Thanks much Big-O.

The shop on Main St. Is close to my second job and I know I can rely on them to do a good job and not over charge me. Rob is great at customer service, and I know I can count on everyone!

For many years I relied on several different places to take of different problems on my vehicles. When I found Big O Tires Downtown Boise location I was thrilled. The employees listen and take the time to explain exactly what repairs are necessary and ones that will need to be monitored. I have been places that make it sound like if I don't fix the issue right now I would not make it down the road. Big O Tires make both my vehicles road worthy and treat it like they would if it was their vehicle.

I was happy to see you do Lube oil and filter work. Some of your competitors don't I like to have that done when I rotate my tires It adds years and miles to the life of the tires. And you handle a great selection of tires. Since I made the decision to keep my Excursion as they are no longer made and I love that dang thing. Louie did a great job pointing out my shock problem while my tire was off being fixed. Made recommendations on which shock I needed, as customers of Micks for 37 years, they know what activities I use my truck for! Always great service!
