We had an immediate critical need and the employees took care of it very quickly.

We've taken our cars to the Boise downtown Big O for years; Mick, Louis and the rest of the team have been great to work with. They do the little things without me asking. When it comes to tire replacement, they always offer a number of options from independent manufacturers to compare against the Big O brand. Additionally, I appreciate how competitive their prices are on other repairs; as a result, they're our first choice when it comes to these. They're honest, do a great job and charge a competitive price. Keep up the good work!

A few months ago I was told I needed struts and tires in 5000 miles. I was told when the sale on the tires I chose would be, where to find the $50 off coupon on the website, and price. The price was less than comparable companies. Rob Christiansen is great to work with. I will be back to the full service garage in the future for my scheduled maintenance needs. Thank you.

The staff is always very professional. Without an appointment, I dropped off my car with a nail in a tire. I figured such a small job wouldn't be a priority, but they took care of it quickly. As always, the staff made me feal like they genuinely want my business with a no-job-too-small attitude.

Brought my hooptie in for snow tires on a super busy day. The team hustled to get my and everyone else's cars done the same day. A mechanic who was working on the car accidentally jammed the door latch (easy to do, like I said it's a hooptie) but they were super cool and went in and fixed it so I could drive it home. Good people who work hard.

I came in Wednesday after work for a replacement of a headlight. Busier than I thought it would be however I was taken care of right away. Looked like I might need additional work rather than just a replacement but they explained the situation and recommended just the bulb needed to be replaced.

Best customer service and quality of work in the city

My battery went bad and I needed a jump start every time I needed to start the car. They recognized my dilemma and worked me in to the schedule, while still providing stellar service.

I was pleased that my tire was able to be repaired. I came in thinking I needed a new tire (would have been 4 because of Subaru's AWD). I asked the rep if the tire could be repaired and they checked and it could be. I was happy that it only cost me $17.00 and they didn't push me super hard into getting new tires. They gave me three quotes for tires and I was on my way. This was a much better experience than when I got my oil changed last year at a Bruneel (Point S) Tire. They insisted (very pushy) that I needed new tires right then, among other services. I left with a negative experience there. Big O is now the place that will get my business.
