Always happy to do business with Big O... great service and fast.

Always appreciate the willingness of your service staff to provide technical information when requested. By my nature I tend to ask many questions. I am confident that when it comes to making a tire purchase (which I plan to do when I need to replace my tires) your staff will provide the necessary information for me to make an informed decision.

I don't know how many times I have leaned on Big O for problems and solutions and alternatives and they always exceed my expections. From my truck to my wife's SUV to my daughter's car to my RV or my utility trailer they have come through as my tire dealer of choice.

Everything was fine.

A few weeks ago I ordered high intensity headlamps for my truck thinking I could easily install them myself. Upon opening the hood I realized I wouldn't be able to do it. I went back to the parts store to return them and they recommended asking Big O to do the work. I asked "They'll do that if I don't buy the parts from them" and she said "they are great - try them". Well she was correct - they were experts about it - did the quick install while I waited - and the staff and technicians were friendly. I'll go back for everything now.

Mick, has a great shop. They are very knowledgeable and helpful, Louie and Rob and the rest of the staff do a great job of helping you get what you need and not pushing you into things you don't while at the same time offering and helping people with there vehicles and maintenance and care.

I recently bought a used car on Craigslist and knew it had some problems that had to be attend before it would be safe to drive. I brought it to Ron and Louie down at the Boise Big O and they were great to work with. They got all of my initial concerns taken care of and any time that something different would come up they would call me and explain it (I'm not a car guy) and tell me what I needed to do. They have always been fair and upfront with pricing so there are never anything bad surprises. My car is now running smooth and I have them to thank! I will continue to recommend them to any of my friends!

It has been well over twenty-five to thirty years, that my late father-in-law, Mr. Buck Buckner, introduced me to Mr. Mick Alley. Then, and even still today, Mick approaches you with a smile that lights up the entire room, and immediately put you at ease while he take the necessary time to see what you as a customer needs while visiting Big O Tires. This is something that more businesses need to reintroduce to establish a high degree of professionalism in their work. My needs where simple with this visit. I just needed my tires rotated. After taking some time to catch us with exchanging info about our families, Mick moved right back into his business mode and assured he would get me all fixed up soon and have me on my way. He did just that! Since I purchased my tires from Big O Tires, the service was a no charge transaction, which in todays world, ever little bit helps. The Big O team, are a group of professional workers that know their job and take care of you quickly leaving you feeling great! Everything was fine.

I went in for air the day before taking a big trip, and was told I had a flat tire. They fixed it quickly with no charge. Awesome service!
