All my questions were answered in a clear and open manner. The snow tires I needed were ordered and available the next day. The total time from the time I brought my car to the service station till I left was 30 minutes and all my summer tires were in plastic bags in my trunk.

Got the tires when they said they would and got them installed in the time they said it would take.

My daughter needed tires on her car after puncturing one of them on a curb. The mechanic at TuneTech referred us to Big O. We worked with Luis, the manager at the downtown Boise location. We were offered our choice of tires, and if we wanted the car aligned if needed. Luis was friendly and helpful. He acutally explained the tire policy to my 16 year old daughter, and treated her with the same respect as if she were an adult. The tires and alignment were completed within a couple of hours--and my daughter reports that her car is handling great--much better than before the new tires. Thank you!!

Dropped in for oil change and tire rotate. Louie texted me to mention the need for new filters. Louie is wonderful - got the job done on time with little expense. Very satisfied with Big O Tires.

My experience with the guys at the Main Street location in Boise, Idaho was above and beyond. My family and I were dealing with a overheating radiator on our way home to Salt Lake City with the family after a long road trip journey. The guys at this location with the lead of Louie spent an hour assessing, filling and ultimately determining that the overheat had been a fluke. They didn't charge me anything and totally took care of the situation. In total, they spent over an hour and made very sure we were good to go. Super efficient and quick, helpful and knowledgeable. Oh, and it is important to mention that everywhere else was busy for days and these guys got me right in, with no appointment and very little wait. Thanks guys, from the whole family!
