I had my vehicle serviced at this Big O a couple weeks ago. I was informed that I needed a tie rod and pitman bar replaced. I did a little research and came back to discuss my concerns. I wanted all tie rods replaced at the same time- at this point most places would have taken advantage of me. But this shop did all the required/requested replacement of my front end in a timely, very professional and at a very fair price. This is why I continually return to this shop. I trust Mick and his staff. A special shout out to Chris!
