The staff were extremely helpful. We had our SUV towed in because we thought the catalytic converter had been stolen. The Midas staff put our car on the rack right away and found that the converter was not stolen but the exhaust pipe had been cut during an attempted theft. They were able to weld the pipe back together the next day. They were very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process.

I was greeted upon entry. The counter clerk quickly entered the vehicle data. The oil change was performed. I was given a reciept and done.

I've been coming here for all my car's needs for several years and while I will miss Jeff and his previous crew, I do enjoy the continued honesty I am also seeing with the new owners, very important as well as the trust I can place that the checkpoints will be done and explained in an an understandable manner and if I have the option of waiting on whatever anissue might be.

I brought my car in for oil change and brakes. On my way home, my car was acting up. I call and got an appointment to check the problem. They over filled my oil which was causing the problem. They took the time to figure out what the problem was. I thank you.

I would have like to have known plainly that it only goes back a few years because I would have gotten a more comprehensive report. Now that Ive spent the none on the one report, I cant afford to get a more in-depth report.
