Jill was very friendly and helpful she explained everything clearly and offered refreshments as well as told me about all the local businesses close by and asked my plans for the rest of the day and recommended some places to go great customer service and clean even had a variety of phone chargers available for customers

I absolutely LOVE Midas Redlands. I solely come here whenever my car is having an issue or if I simply need maintenance on it. Not only is it the most reasonable in pricing but I continue to return because the customer service is incredible.

I recently moved to Loma Linda and was looking for a new mechanic to maintain my vehicle. I am very pleased with the work performed at Redlands Midas.

Jill's s customer service on the phone is what made me become a customer in the first place. She friendly and easy to talk t. She very knowledgeable about vehicles and acknowledges customers when they walk in, so you feel seen & not ignored because she has other customers. That feeling alone is what maks me bring my vehicle there even if I could get a cheaper price.

I was in town on work and my radiator blew. James had it fixed quickly and it was a great price. I highly recommend this shop. ask for James. He's the friendly guy behind the counter.
