My Midas experience was great thanks to everyone there

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience much easier than at other shops. The work was done and explained with care. Recommendations were made but not forced. Questions were answered politely.

Prius battery was dead. They tested to confirm and replaced it. Everything went really smoothly.

I called around 7:55 AM to see if I could schedule an appointment and Jill got me in at 9 AM. The only thing I wish I would have had is a coupon from corporate to use during my vis it but overall the prices at Midas are very.

Midas team is awesome and financial assistance if needed is easy to apply..will be going back for future car maintenance.

The staff communicated in a clear and concise manner, checked in with me, asked for my input and explained things in which i could understand them.

I brought our company vehicle in to repair damage caused by someone trying to steal our catalytic converter. The staff at this Midas were very helpful and fast. Had me fixed up and out of there in not time! Thanks!!
