I enjoyed my visit to Midas. I came in for an oil change an had a coupon that I found online. The coupon was the reason I chose Midas over Jiffy Lube. I talked to Jeff and he did an excellent job and was professional and courteous. The time estimated to complete the work was near correct, only off by 30 minutes. I walked to grab lunch while my car was being worked on and came back and asked if it was completed and it was.

I brought my car in for first time service. I was so pleased to meet Jeff and felt welcome...a mechanic took my car and validated issues I was concerned about. I trusted Jeff and staff immediately. I will continue to bring my car in to Midas Encinit

I have been a customer at Midas Encinitas for about 18 years for a reason. Jeff has been the best manager for the many years he has worked there. Jeff and Taylor are both courteous and professional. We have been clients for many years and bring all four of our cars in for services. Nowadays it can be tedious and time consuming to find good service that you know can be relied upon as both honest and reasonably priced as well as completed in a timely fashion. Scheduling (with Travis) was easy. Jeff checked me in and was very professional. My issue: during routine service on my Audi Q5 the dealer said that my battery (purchased at Midas) had a dead cell and failed their check. But, Jeff's test showed no issue. I wasn't having any issues starting the car, but I was happy to know the battery tested fine. Plus I still have three years left on the warranty. During a time when poor customer service is becoming more common, it's great to know that Midas stands behind their products and service.
