A job well done perfect customer service

They treat me well. My tire I dictated that all of my tires ha e differing air pressure after the tech aired them up but told me all measured the same. I don't appreciate that and will go elsewhere. If I pay good money to this business why put me on the road With tires aired wrong. Little things can cause big accidents and I don't play about my car. Buy buy Midas

So let my start off by saying Thanks MAidas. And especially Mr.Ash he went beyond customer service ...he told me that i had his word that my car was going to be working properly and it was (omg)my 2000 it feel new nice what a wonderful ride...

Went today to try to get a oil change. That didn?t happen I seat and watched employees walk pass my car for over 15 minutes. Then I just blew the horn in hopes someone would walk over to possibly service me that didn?t happen. I wasn?t sure how the process

Im still waiting on my car. I paid $650.00 dollars and was told my car was not going to stall anymore. I drove 2 blocks and it stalled. It did the same exact thing as when I took it im. I took the car back and Im still waiting to hear from you.

Pricing of the parts

"The oil change was ok, but before the mechanic rotated my tires he tried to convince me that my tires were bad. However, I knew better cause I looked at them and furthermore, I?d only bought them a couple of months ago."

I always have to remind the mechanic to rotate my tires. This the second time I had to tell them to this. I made sure to say oil change and tire to rotation at the beginning.

Great job

Mechanic did not do a good job cleaning around the surouding area when changing the oil. Oil leaks happened and the driveway got oil stains. In addition, honor the coupon special and clean up the pigeon debis over the front door.
