"Kelly was nice. But I ended up spending a lot more than I needed to. And a lot more after that just because of they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car. I had to towed my car to somewhere else, and had it fixed."

I do think it’s very important to listen to the client and what they’re explaining about the car and make that a top priority that that gets fixed. I went in with one main concern, but also wanted my car inspected. They made sure to get everything fixed with all the codes that were coming up which I’m very grateful for but then I left in the same problem was happening after I left Now a week later my check engine light is on and all my time of owning this vehicle. My check engine light has never came on so I’m a little concerned I will be going back because now I need to see what’s going on with my car in the beginning, I was very satisfied. The employees are very helpful. Explained everything and I know this is not their fault , but I’m still frustrated because I went to unknown place winning everything done correctly and not any problems and not trying to get ripped off but now I feel like I’ve been ripped off and I don’t like that feeling.

Don’t let customers schedule an appointment time for an hour before anyone will actually look at it, is a start.

I checked battery prices online at stores and was charged three times as much so apparently they charged substantially more for installation than for the actual battery. Which is ridiculous.

They will NOT honor the coupons on the website unless they are printed (or so i was told by Joel @ the front desk).NOWHERE ON THE WEBSITE OR THE COUPON IS THIS POLICY STATED. NOR THEY TELL YOU THIS WHEN YOU CALL FOR A QUOTE AND MENTION A COUPON.THIS ENVIRO

Very poor service, Midas Beverly Hills gave me the worst experience Ive had very unprofessional, made an appointment the day before for no reason made me wait for almost 2 hours, tires of my vehicle almost new, didnt pass the inspection and told me they were gonna sell me tires for $225 poor service
