John and his staff were very polite and informative regarding the service I had scheduled. They took the time to explain what was being done and John offered the coupons that helped in the end pricing. Over all I was very impressed with Midas in Medford OR, and will definitely return for other services and recommend them to others.

Always friendly and courteous

Midas did the great job and professional oil change. They went above and beyond to find oil filter for it because it was missing one and was hard to find. The diagnostic sheet that they do on your car for free on the oil change is well worth it. They seem to have the best prices on oil changes anywhere. I've come to Midas for oil change and repair work before. I highly recommend them. I will be back when I need an oil change.
