My oil change and tire rotate was done in a timely manner. The customer service was friendly and professional. Harold works with me when I go into his store and I appreciate it.

It was easy to get a convenient appointment, the cost was reasonable, an inspection was done, and my wait time was acceptable. The man at the front counter was friendly and efficient.

These guys are always accommodating and respectful. Keep up the good job Harold.

Only because there was a communication issue of a couple generations but happy with the results.

The person at the front desk was super helpful. Very informative. Vehicle was completed quicker than what was originally told. People were super friendly. Was not a boring sit and wait. 10/10

Midas does good work at a reasonable price. They also let me know what potential problems need to be addressed, but aren't pushy about doing the work. I'll keep going back.

Staff was very friendly. They were able to service my cat in a quick and efficient manner and were able to tell me what else was wrong with my car. They provided great detail about what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix

Alignment seems fair, but their printer was down, so they could not show me the before and after... which I was not happy about at all. Also charged a bit more than they have ever charged me before.

I only came in because of my tailpipe but they did an overall check of my old van and found other problems that would have ended badly if hadn't been fixed. they were transparent with what they found and even took me out to see it myself. but they also didn't go ahead with anything until my verbal confirmation. I was there for so long they even offered to take me to get something to eat. thanks guys

Midas had worked on my previous vehicles and I was always satisfied. I drove 6 hours round trip to have my car’s brakes fixed because I knew they would be done right in a timely manner at a fair price. I was right.

I called and asked the price of a brake flush I believed I needed. The price was good and getting a convenient appointment time was easy. I had to switch days and that was done without a problem. I arrived early but the flush was started quickly. The wait time wasn’t too bad, although it does hurt me to sit for long. The manager was friendly and efficient. Waiting room was clean, and there was an outgoing young woman traveling with her little girl, so someone to talk to and pass the time. I’ve used Midas before and will again.

I went there to have a muffler put on my truck and finish the duel exhaust from the cats back. They had my truck 2 hrs. and charged labor for 4 hrs. The bill was $600.* when I questioned the manager he said it was set up as a flat rate. Well I am a Mechani

Have been going to 6th ave Midas for 4 yrs. I moved from Blgs 2 yrs ago, but travel 6 hrs to receive their excellent service.

Made 9AM appt this morning and showed up to be told there is no way car would be done if I waited. Understandable due to employee being unable to come in today. Why I am writing this review is because I asked if I could have a time frame (2 hours? 6 hours?

Quickly was able to get in for oil change and tire rotation, and service was done quickly. When asked about information regarding some potential future work with the details, I got great and helpful feedback. I felt they were honest about things.
