Exhaust pipe snapped during a cross country road trip. Billings Midas was very friendly and helpful. They had me back on the road in under an hour.

I had made an apt to replace the oil-pan gasket, as I was aware it was starting to leak. Shortly after having dropped my truck off, I was informed of other leaks & was given an estimate for repairs. I authorized all repairs, provided they could complete the repairs before the end of the day. They called me an hour before I was off work to tell me that my truck was done. I was very impressed by the thorough inspection & appreciated them informing me of additional issues, addressing them in a timely manner & on short notice.

Thank you Harold for keeping me updated on my car service and potential problems and options. Thankfully the maintenance cost was minimal and I've had no further problems.

Was greeted. Explained what needed to be done. Called the other Midas dealer whose tires were originally purchased to see if they could take care of the warranty of the damaged tire.

I really like this shop. I was not impressed that they did not explain the results to my wife at all. Maybe it is because I review the results in front of them, but I felt like reviewing the results was important and had to call in after to have them explain why certain items were not adjusted.

I am a repeat customer at this location. I used a coupon for an oil change and appreciated the associate pointing out that a power steering flush was an item to address.
