Management staff are honest and straight forward. Service is prompt, quality is good, and costs are reasonable. I've had some poor experiences in the past with shops upselling or overcharging and I've never felt like Missoula Midas staff were trying to take advantage of me which is why I am a return customer. Thank you!

This is one of the few service businesses that put their customers needs first and they do it with a smile. They are always upfront about everything, giving me options, and pricing. Except for manufacturing warranty work, which Midas cannot do, our vehicles only come to this Midas shop for all other work, for all our vehicles. We have been coming here since my daughter told us about them back in 2011 or so. Will go nowhere else with our vehicles. We used to live 2 miles away, now we live 75 miles away. We still bring our vehicles to Stan and Brenda and the whole crew to help us maintain them. Love this place!
