Big O Tires

Was travelling on business, when I discovered a construction screw had punctured my Big O tires. Afraid to keep driving in that situation, I drove to Arvada, CO Big O store and they got me in and tire fixed in less than an hour, and I was on my way!Thanks to great staff at Arvada Big O!

They did a good job. But I have to take the car back the engine light on.

I was very skeptical about letting these guys install my 4" skyjacker lift kit & add 37" nitto tires on my brand new Jeep JL Rubicon. I gotta tell you..these guy came through .. all Techs where personable, owner was helpful. This place has new ownership so ignore the old reviews you read here. They match any tire price & are excellent to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Andy Stratton and his team on Saturday morning saved my weekend. He finished what should have take 2 hrs was fixed and ready in 45 mins. I’m beyond happy and satisfied.

I’ve gone to big o for years and I’m always satisfied but this is the best location. The workers are always straight forward and friendly. The front desk person kept me updated on the progress of my service and was super nice.

The crew was absolutely amazing! They were so accommodating and so patient. My son was super into the cars and everything and they made it really easy for him to watch from the windows inside so he could see what was going on!

Took my car to get an oil change and was helped by Ken. He was so friendly and helpful. Told him I was just there for a oil change. He explained to me that they would do a free inspection and a tire rotate. Explained that it would be a bit as they had other cars ahead of mine. Offered me coffee and water and was very nice to my daughter that was with me. Kept me updated on my car and when it was finished explained all that they checked and suggested what I needed to get done soon and what could wait. Being a single mom it is so very nice to know that there are still honest people in this line of work Will bring my car back here again and again. You have a customer for life.

Everyone at this location is so friendly and they genuinely care about their customers. They always have answers to any questions I have and I send everyone I know to this shop!

My tire needs are always handled well at Big O. From flat repairs, winter/summer tire swaps to new tires I am always pleased

Friendly customer service and only waited an hour and a half for an oil change on a Monday as they were very busy and I didn't have an appointment.

I have purchased tires from them for over 30 years and have had great service.

They exceeded my expectations for a tire store/service shop! The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They kept me informed of the status of my vehicle, and took the time to listen and answer my questions.

Was recognized as an existing customer and was immediately taken care of. Came in to schedule and they did the necessary work (oil change and tire rotation) at that time. No return trip
