Big O Tires

They were great. They even caught a mistake from a previous fix from another shop and fixed it without charge. The only issue I would have is another Big O Tire shop, who put on the last set, crossthreaded a lug stud. Even though I purchased a new stud, this Big O wouldn't fix it without charging me. They said it was the other Big Os responsibility. As far as I'm concerned, it shouldn't have mattered because it's all Big O.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They assisted me in getting a screw out of my tire and all patched up with great speed and care! Big Ups to Big O

I always go to the same location and have for years. The manager, Graham, is a great guy. He’s friendly and respectful and they never try to sell me products I don’t need or want.

Had a slow leak in one tire. Brought my car in and they had it fixed quickly.

Even though I showed up early I was greeted right away and it was sure easy with their help. The car has miles on it and I knew it had some issues. I got a clear understanding on its condition, no pressure just information. And for sure I'll have them do work for me soon. Not long and the car was out front clean locked and done.

Great team! When I explained that I wanted a better rated tire for rain and snow than the dealer issued tires I had, they found a great tire and at a great price - and my SUV has a weird size.

They are always friendly. I have had issues with the brake pads squeaking and they have had to replace them a couple times. Not sure why this is an issue.

Took our Ford Excursion in. They replaced the serpentine belt. The price was half of what the Ford specialist wanted! I will never go Anywhere else!!

The special on a set of four tires was fantastic and the associate on the day of my appointment was really nice, personable, communicated professionally and I will be glad to return for future needs.

When I arrived without an appointment to have my tires rotated and an oil change, Aaron told me there was a 2 hour wait.I asked him if he could hold my spot while I visited one of my clients.He say yes.An hour and 1/2 later, I returned and I was able to get my car in immediately.Aaron's willingness to be flexible saved me a couple of hours of waiting around.Thank you.
