Big O Tires

I came in on Saturday, March 7th, to get a tire puncture repaired. The repair was handled quickly and the person helping me (I believe her name was April?) was very helpful and polite.

Initial reason for visit was a flat tire on the rear. I purchased 2 new tires, instead of repairing the flat. I asked for the new tires to be installed on the front, which they did. Upon inspection of the front suspension and steering, the technician noticed the control arms were in bad shape and close to breaking - great catch!! I had them replaced. The left side steering knuckled broke when tightening down the new control arm. The shop took care of that repair at no charge to me. Friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Couldn't ask for a better crew. I've been going there for several years and will continue to do so.

It's nice to be able to go into a place and get honest work done and honest people Especially when you're a single parent.

It was All great. We loved dealing with Andy the most.

I am horrible with tires I'm always f****** my tires up and I always go to this tire shop big o tires cuz they treat you so well there especially Jeremiah havis he is great customer service skills I will definitely be referring my friends my daughter just loves going there with me

graham andy and their employees are very friendly to the customers and thier stall. thier staff are knowledgeable on every level of service they get the parts in a timely fashion from with in minutes to even with in the hour of ordering parts. some jobs do take time but other jobs don't but they always do great work. eric one of the tech is knowledgeable at his job along with his other techs

So I'm the worst when I comes to tires! I love how friendly everyone is. Jeremiah havis helped us and he has great customer service. My daughter love going to the tire store with me cuz u guys r so awesome. Thank u guys for everything. Well definitely be coming back

Guys are awesome there. Showed up at opening after big snow and was taken care of quickly for tire rotation and balancing of one tire. Was offered a cup of coffee while waiting. When done I pulled out my wallet to pay and was told no charge and to keep us in mind for future tires! WOW! Was my lucky morning and will be where we go for our tires on our car truck and motorhome. Thanks for doing things the way they should be done!

Overall easy, easy, scheduling and helpful staff and essentially decent price

There was very loud music heard from the service area that was a little disconcerting . The gentleman at the cashier stations was very nice and helpful and professional . The service gentleman worked very fast and found a screw in my tire . The free service was a surprise and made my day!
