Big O Tires in Englewood is a great place to do business.

Conor and Jacob explained everything clearly, gave me a timeframe and pricing upfront, and included a few additional services free of charge. I would definitely recommend this Big O location to a friend (I’ve had less positive experiences at the chain’s other locations).

Jake (Jacob) was excellent. I called in the morning to get a second opinion on a wheel alignment. The shop I used to go to (last 5 years since purchasing my car) quoted a ridiculous price to service my car. I took it in just for a scheduled maintenance alignment, and they told me my tie rods were f’d and that it would cost me $1300. I stopped driving my car for awhile. But heard Big O provided free alignment checks. I wanted to get a second opinion. Jake was excellent! He got me in the same day. Explained everything thing along the way. I do require tie rod replacement, but the quote Jake provided was so much more reasonable than what I had received at the other shop. I will absolutely be using this same shop again going forward. A big shout out to Jake and the techs that worked on my car! I’m so happy to be driving my car again!

So very grateful for the team at big O. Had a tantrum about getting new tires as I was driving to Jackson that day & thought I could just rotate & balance. Turns out it was the worst drive I've ever made to the Tetons & snowed the entire way. Thank you, thank you for the disaster prevention & I apologize if i was snarky.

They were prompt in getting my car in at scheduled appointment time. They fixed my tire in less than an hour. They didnt charge me. Everyone was very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised after trying for a week to get my tire fixed at other places. It was such a relief!
