I had to ge an alignment on my vehicle and was able to schedule an appointment the same day. The guys at the shop were very friendly and I got my car service pretty quick. All and all it’s a great place of service for your car.

Connor at the front desk helped explain everything to me. I had some undiagnosed issues with my vehicle and needed my breaks done. He communicated with me on the diagnostic and cost of breaks before working on the vehicle and had my car ready when I got off work. Very helpful. I will definitely be back to finish the work we talked about.

Nate is an excellent manager, Adeline excellent service writer, all of your mechanics and all other Tire Associates are all professional friendly courteous and go out of their way to do whatever they can to help the customer. Starting around April 2019 I went there to get some work done and I've been going there ever since they are my exclusive other than tires since I bought a brand new set do all of my mechanical work. Have no reason to seek other mechanics and I will be back. The old man in the van Rick

I had a flat tire and came to Big O Tires on a friend's recommendation. I dropped off my car during my lunch break, and it was ready for me to pick up at 5pm. Overall, I spent 10 minutes at Big O Tires. Jacob's customer service was incredible and I will go back here as long as I live in Englewood!
