I was treated poorly at a different store that had a new owner and management. Your store helped me with my tires and made sure my tire light on my dashboard was reset. I really appreciate your help, you have my business.

Connor at the front desk helped explain everything to me. I had some undiagnosed issues with my vehicle and needed my breaks done. He communicated with me on the diagnostic and cost of breaks before working on the vehicle and had my car ready when I got off work. Very helpful. I will definitely be back to finish the work we talked about.

My overall experience at this Big O was great. Adaline although I just spoke with her on the phone was really great to work with. The Nate was also super helpful. When I was worried about my brake fluid he offered to take a look and top off my fluid for free and even though they were super busy. I would recommend this Big O location to any one!

Customer service was great. Discussion of what the car needed was very clear. Jacob was willing to take my husband's phone call, which made me feel more comfortable.

Always Great Service from Big O Tires

I had a flat tire and came to Big O Tires on a friend's recommendation. I dropped off my car during my lunch break, and it was ready for me to pick up at 5pm. Overall, I spent 10 minutes at Big O Tires. Jacob's customer service was incredible and I will go back here as long as I live in Englewood!
