During the tire swap my hub cap was accidentally broken. The staff then offered to replace all four of them for free and went out of there way to select a replacement that I was ok with.

My overall experience at this Big O was great. Adaline although I just spoke with her on the phone was really great to work with. The Nate was also super helpful. When I was worried about my brake fluid he offered to take a look and top off my fluid for free and even though they were super busy. I would recommend this Big O location to any one!
