Big O Tires

Another NTB experience that will not bring me back to NTB any where. This experience was at the Tuttle Rd, 43016 location and with sales person Luke for a 2012 Fusion. I made an appointment for 4 tires replacement and soon I got a call that 20 lug nuts needed to be done at $9.00 each or they would not do the job. They do not want the the responsibility of the tires to fall off. WOW, what a thought! They do not want to do the labor of trying to force the lug nuts on the car. So putting new on was the only solution. Well, I knew the dealer told me on prior service that selected lug nuts may need repair, but at the Ford dealer with new tires it would be $5.00 each, but the dealer list price would be $7.00 each with out buying the new tires. Seems to be a rip off at $9.00 each. Another experience at NTW with another car and different location was that they would not guarantee the tires without doing an alignment on the car. This to me says NTB wants to build the invoice as high as they can and come up with ant excuse they can.

Mike and the guys are knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. They take the time to explain more about auto mechanics than anyone I've taken my car to in 25 years. My car is serviced by the same Subaru certified mechanic every time I take it in. As a result, my car runs better than it did 40,000 miles ago when I bought it.
