Techs didn't know how to re-pair TPMS sensors on a 2016 Chevy Cruze. Tried to tell me they didn't have the tools, tried just removing codes in the system, and then I finally had to insist they reprogrammed it and two techs spent 45 min sorting it out. Should have taken 5 minutes. I will be buying a tool and doing all my own maintenance from here on out.

I found this location to be very efficient and helpful. They understood that I had an older car. I told them I was most likely going to get rid of. They did not try to up sell me. I appreciated that.

I had a very long wait and a tire that was going low I had to take to another place to have a nail taken out. I will never return

Rep was very honest, and close to the mark, on how long it would take to swap out snow tires with regular tires. I always set the timer on my phone just so I have a clue as to when it should be completed. He came in early!

I made an appointment free days ahead of time to make sure work could be done by 2 p.m. I called the day of the appointment to confirm that the work could be done by 2 p.m. they assured me that it would they called told me to pick up my vehicle at 1:30 I came at 1:25 and the vehicle was not ready they said 30 minutes at-205 the vehicle still was not ready my vehicle was not ready until approximately 2 20 I was late for work I'm very dissatisfied. This was the second time they were unable to finish as promised

I'm pretty much fed up with Big O Tire at this point. My wife brought out truck in for oil change/tire rotation. Told her the front left upper and lower ball joints need to be replaced. The next day I brought it to just brakes and jiffy lube, both places told me they were completely fine. Big O tire trying to up sell me when I come in there for oil changes multiple times a month. At this point I don't think I will ever come back. Don't feel like being up sold on things that don't need to be fixed so you can meet your quotas!

My wife had her oil changed at Big O Tires and now I have a large oil slick on my driveway. When my wife returned to the shop she was told they reused her old oil filter gasket which caused the leak. They gave her a bag of powder to clean up the driveway and told her she would have to scrub it hard to get it out with this unlabeled powder chemical. They gave her a bag with some sort of chemical and zero labeling on it. NO instruction, no clean up instructions, no warnings, nothing. What a joke this business is.

I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am on Saturday but didn't get back on the road until 1:00 pm. Service- new tires mounted, balanced, alignment and oil change. I had allocated 1 1/2 hours so I was very disappointed that it took 2 hours longer than that. Even though Big O tires is conveniently located, I don't plan on returning and would not recommend the company.

I called in to the Big O tire store located on 840 W hampden Ave. Englewood, CO to ask if they had availability for an oil change service. I told them that I was in a hurry and was wondering only on immediate availability. The person on the phone told me that they didn't have any current appointments and told me that they could have my car looked at within the hour. I brought my car into the shop immediately and they were able to get my car onto a docking bay almost simultaneously. Their service took over 2 hours to complete and an additional 30 minutes to check me out after they had called me into the shop to pay. In that 30 minutes there were multiple employees not working on cars. The employee that had told me to wait for a moment before i could pay, actually took another customer in front of me and attended to them before completing my service. This significantly delayed the start of my road trip back to Durango and caused me to feel very anxious and tired while driving back. The store employees also were adamant about me replacing my timing belt, purely based on mileage, not on any observation of how the car was running. I know this because there was a new timing belt put on no less than 10,000 miles previous to bringing in my vehicle. This did not show that the employees do an actual assessment, but merely go through required steps to cover their butts. This interaction with this store has led me to believe that these employees are dishonest and unskilled and makes me never want to request services from Big O in the future.
