Big O Tires

I was at your store for 7 1/2 hours was told consistently would only be a little while. If would have been told would take as long as it did would have made arrangements to be picked up and call when work was completed. When finally ready no apology was made for length of time or explanation of work done. With this type of service my initial response is any future work to be done on my car and any purchases necessary will be done at another dealership.

Asked for a flat repair a tire rotation and an oil change, the tech who did my tire rotation obviously rotated my tires before fixing the flat because it was just moved to the back rather than being fixed, and when I asked to have my front left turn signal replaced the tech said their was nothing wrong but I know for a fact their is no bulb.

I was interested in getting a pre-purchase inspection which I purchased from Big O Tires. However what I discovered was that I was giving an inspection based on what Big O Tires did a services not really on the vehicle which was Discerning. Because a number of things of course could have been wrong that they'd ever even checked because they don't perform those services that explain this before the process. Not only that when I took it to another mechanic I was told that all of the things besides the alignment which I was not offered for you by the way we're not needed so basically I felt really screwed over. Finger this is only $30 for the pre-purchase inspection who wants an inspection based on just what that place does not on the vehicle. So no I would not recommend this service to anybody. Besides if they just want to know if a glorified Grease Monkey Services were needed for vehicle then I would recommend those services

$2,900 later & 3return visits later my car is still not fixed right!!! On top of that after picking up my car the last time I went maybe 10 miles & the protective plate came partially off going up I-70!!!! I'm pissed!!!

Ron was awesome from the second I talked to him on the phone to the time I left. He got me right in, and the estimated time of being done was just almost spot on.

Sean the manager is scum. I went in there for an oil change and to review my suspension. He overbooks, promised a time that was exceeded by 6 hours, no courtesy call was given. After THREE separate visits in three days my suspension was never revised, I never signed off on my invoice, and the problem WAS NEVER SOLVED!

Friendly, attentive, and helpful-also they seemed to be very direct and honest about what I need for the car to be running well, and didn't give me a high pressure sell to get it done right now. We came up with a plan, and I will follow that.

$74.42 for a serpentine belt???? LOLOLOL "� $119.47 per hour for labor???? "� LOLOLOLOL "� Look for a scathing review on Yelp. Your shop is a huge ripoff!!!!! My car just happened to unfortunately lose a belt close by so I took it to the closest shop "� Huge mistake!!!!!

I will never bring my vehicles back to this store. Previously i have had a great experience, but when i brought my SUV in to get an oil change and just a simple headlight, i was treated like an idiot and quoted $490 to replace a simple bulb. Addison gave me a ridiculous explanation on why it would cost to much to switch out the bulb since it had HDI upgrades. I told him not to do anything and it took me about 5 min with the checker auto parts employee to realize that i was able to do the switch myself for the cost of the bulb. This was such an obvious attempt to extort money from a customer and I will never return due to the tech's lack of professionalism and attempt to steal my money. They should be ashamed of him or her self.

Quick and easy, even on a busy day (First snow day of the year - panic ensuing) they were still able to get us in and out with an oil change quickly.

I brought my car in for an quick oil change and tire rotation while my dog was getting a vet check-up at a business a block away. In attempting to rotate the tires, they said that a lug nut on one of my wheels was threaded wrong so they had to order another one and it would be there in 10-15 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later I finally got my car back. When driving back to the hotel that I was staying in it started making a terrible noise and shimmy-ing. I was afraid that the wheel was going to fall off. The next morning I called Big O at 7:10am to see what they would do about it. I was across town by I-25 and Dry Creek so I asked if I could have the car towed there to be repaired and they said yes. The tow company they recommended couldn't come for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs so I called a different company myself. The Big O in Greenwood Village did repair my car but I didn't get it back until 2:30pm (and with a bad attitude)! I live 5 1/2 hours away and the entire reason I was in Denver was to take my mom to some Dr. appointments and my dog to a vet appointment. I could not do any of the above because I did not have a car. Uber and taxis were not an option because of the dog kennel and/or my mom's oxygen machine. This was a TERRIBLE experience, ruined our entire stay and defeated the purpose of us being in Denver. One would think that at a tire store you could get your tires rotated without them forgetting to re-attach the caliper. This could have been deadly if we had driven home over mountain passes with it as it was. I will NEVER go to a Big O Tires again and will let others know the same. It could be deadly. The one decent part of the day was the customer service that Andrew provided. He was friendly and professional and I realize he is the front man for a terrible auto mechanic. My advise to Andrew would be to get a new job and take his skills elsewhere.

I came in because my tire pressure light was on and my oil was due to be changed. The oil was changed, and my tires checked and rotated. The service was fast and courteous. Thanks!

I needed a special order tire & had an appointment made. When I arrived the tire had not been ordered or picked up for installation. I had placed a deposit on tire which I asked to be refunded and it was. The employee tried to make light of the situation - but it was a waste of time for me as I had driven from foothills into englewood. I called some other big o stores but tire price was higher than what I'd been quoted in englewood Disappointing
