Waited 2 hrs for an oils change and half hour for them to tell me they can't change my headlight bulb

very quick, very thorough, best oil change I've had in a while.

Terrible visit or just unlucky. I doubt these people are even ASE certified based on the things they said were "wrong with my car" as well as trying to charge me for an alignment twice. Wasted almost 3hrs to be told they couldn't do anything to my car while also trying to force repairs down my throat. Didnt even get an alignment printout to see how bad my alignment is.

Your people were courteous, knowledgeable and took good care of me

Got brand new tires installed and "balanced" drove my truck the next day and noticed it shaking. I brought it to discount tire and they look at it. Found out all 4 wheels were out of balance. Wont be going back to big 0 anytime soon

Mechanic rubs Greese on my tubes and said my hose was going out. As a ASE mechanic I noticed what they did and if anything goes out on my truck I will take this to Cort

Had my van aligned they said they put a bushing kit on it and realigned it my steering wheel isn't straight when you're going down the road and I don't think it was done properly they changed my oil and I didn't get a reminder sticker up in my windshield

Went in for 4 tires. Got a very good price. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very particular about who I let touch my car, I was happy to see how careful they were with my old girl. I was most impressed with the shop guys. Used a torque wrench on my wheels and a guy behind him to double check. Most tire shops slap them on with a rattle gun and call it good. Very professional and very well followed safety procedures. This is more important to me than price. They have a new customer now.

Went in for an oil change and they drained my transmission instead. Added new oil to the existing oil that was never drained. So I had twice the oil and no transmission fluid. Warning lights came on immediately after only driving a few feet. They discovered what they had done and drained the oil and refilled the transmission. Technicians need more training. I asked what was happening when I saw a crowd of technicians by my car. They just said they were trying to find out why the lights came on. Finally at the end one of the technicians told me what really happened. The manager never voluntarily told me. Not a good experience. Be careful. They gave me a coupon for a free oil change next time. Like there's going to be a next time.

I had a fantastic experience, was given an amazing deal for the amount of money I had to spend, except for the fact that the diagnostic machine had a broken pin and they could not troubleshoot my ABS & traction lights staying on. They did tell me they would contact me once it was repaired.

We called in advance to see if they will accept our Dealers check cause our car is new. They said yes. After one hour and with the new tires on,their "professional" manager said no, he can't accept it. We just got a "sorry" from them. Mr.Hernandez and Mr. Graham are terrible managers and so unprofessional.How disappointed!

my truck was serviced the same day I called. I felt comfortable that my concern with the truck issue was solved. I will return.

Never again. I showed up at 1:00. talked to the guy and asked how long it would be. He told me an hour. I came back at 2. I watched the guys in the bays work while I waited another 2 and a half hours... It was like a bad joke. Smoking vape pens, Joking with each other. It took the bearded one over an hour to mount my 4 tires. I couldn't watch any more. The big guy just walked around the bays chatting with every one and playing on his phone???? There is no one in charge of the bays!!! I left and my tires were not properly balanced and the alignment was not correct. I came back first thing the next morning. 6:50. My truck sat in the parking lot until 7:20. There was no one in front of me . I waited another hour and a half. Got in the truck to drive home NOTHING WAS FIXED. I now will be taking it in to the dealer for a proper balance and alighnment Last time . Yes I Grant the right of the requester to use this feed back as an advertising tool. I will be using it on google reviews!!

Excellent service, friendly staff especially Ira. I have Big O tires on 4 vehicles now.

Would not rotate my tires as asked. Was told tread was showing which it wasn't. Asked to change my tail light which it wasn't done. However was a better experience then the last time when they failed to change my oil which I was charged for. Oh they did manage to at least collect their beer can out of my car. Last time they failed to remove their beer can out of my car.

These guys wake up and piss excellence

After they replaced a valve which caused my check engine light to go on, they told me my car was running rough. It was running awful. I took it to Meineke & they found a hose was not reinstalled. Meinike fixed it & did not charge me. Big O should just stick with tires & no repairs.

Awesome dudes to kick it with. Allowed me to tweak my front end a bit while it was up on the lift. All four tires seemed to bead properly all holding pressure. Thanks guys
