Big O Tires

Installed some lower ball joints on my Lexus and needed alignment I was in a pinch and decided Big o why not. Upon arrival and dropping the car off The manager Nate tried to lie to me and tell me I needed a new rack and pinion just to get my car aligned but little did he know I'm a mechanic and the rack and pinion is already new. Immediately left and went to less Schwab they gave my car an alignment in 45min no excuses no lies and I was in and out...ill never come to this big o ever again

I went in to get a full synthetic oil change and oil filter replaced. It wasn't even 1-day of driving my car and smelled like something was burning ridiculously. I went to check the oil stick and I was missing over a liter of oil! If I was a woman that didn't know how to check the oil my car would have been screwed. Very nice black sales guy inside, But honestly why work so hard to try and sell me over $500 worth of tires when you can't even give me a correct oil change?

I dropped off my car for an appointment I had set was for an oil change, tire rotation, and an alignment. I dropped it off at 1:30pm and called at 3:00pm to check on the status and they told me they were getting ready to do the alignment and would be done in an hour. I showed up to get my car an hour later and they hadn't even started the alignment. The person who greeted me when I walked in was also very rude. I would never bring my car here again!

Nate helped me through the whole process and the rest of the staff was very friendly I'll definitely will recommend this location great team and service

The staff was professional, courteous and informative regarding my tires and my vehicle safety check. Communication was excellent about setting up the best time for my tire change where I had the least amount of waiting. My service was completely as expected and correctly. I appreciate the protective bag for the snow tires I was taking home to keep my vehicle clean and keep the tires protected from the sun. I would recommend this Big O Tire shop to customers looking for quality service.

Just bought this beautiful brand new car not even 2 weeks ago, come in for an oil change, these kids get oil stains all over my brand new interior, never put a seat protector or steering wheel protector on until after it was ruined stained with oil, then they offer to put a seat protector on after my seats and interior are ruined, dented, scratched and dinged my paint job, all said and done $1,959.00 in damage done to my vehicle all for coming here for an oil change.

As an employee of a nearby business, I decided to bring my car in for an oil change while I was at work. The employees at this location were so helpful and professional. Gave me a great quote on pricing and had my car finished within the estimated time. Thanks guys!!

Your tire techs roasted my tansmisssion so they really suck ass if it's not going into gear then don't try and gas it for 5 minutes in reverse.. so that's cool hire people that can recognize a problem with a car and not fuck it up even more. And don't use a body lift on a 8500 pound truck. Your idiots didn't use floor jacks... the service writer he was great but hire people that know what's going on had a pretty shitty experience.

It was a pleasurable experience. I was greeted when I walked in and before I left I was given a full review of the service and the technicians recommendations.

I spent over $900 at the Englewood store on Hampden. I asked that my new tires be put on the front. I had other work done and I am satisfied with that work. When I got the car the tires were not put on the front. I went by the store the next day and asked that they be switched. I was given a long explanation about how the company recommends the new tires be put on the back. I told Ron I was aware of that but the tires on the front were only a couple of months old and Andrew was aware that the front tires had 9/32nds of tread depth left. I wanted to have the tires exchanged and I was told I would have to wait another hour and a half after spending three and a half hours the day before. I believe that was unacceptable. If it had been taken care of the day before I wouldn't have had to come back. Now I was expected to wait another hour and a half or come back on Monday. I will never do business with Big O Tires again.

I never felt pushed to buy anything i dont need (which alot of shops do). They guys at thr front desk were great! They kept my car clean. Definitly going there from now on!

Horrible service they had my car all day never changed my tires after I paid. They said they did a raidaider flush because my heater working. My heater only worked for 5 days and I took it back and now my raidaider is cracked. Went yesterday to try to get fixed and IRA told me I wouldn't have to pay. Now they want to charge me almost $500.00. Most horrible service I ever had never will recommend them.

So ok. I've been to this store before. I took my vehicle in just to get a tire repair and balance and rotation. I marked my tires. Only one side got rotated. It took almost 2 hours! That's extremely way to long. They also did a 24 point inspection. Didn't tell if anything was wrong or what they did! I would never go there again! 2nd time of very bad service!

I was told an Alignment came with the oil change. Totally false and I was not happy because I needed one and would have scheduled it if I knew it was not going to be free.

Oil change went bad. Drained transmission fluid instead and then added oil to existing oil that was never drained. Now had twice the oil and no transmission fluid. Apparently no checks on work performed because the over filling of oil would have been detected. My car has safe guards and my check engine light came on and my emergency brake engaged to prevent driving. They took my car back in. A crowd of technicians were around my car and when asked I was told all was well. The worst part was the deception of what had happened. If not for the one technician that finally told me what really happened I would not have known. Mistakes happen. Own up to them. Have some integrity and honesty. Terrible experience and will never go back.
