Big O Tires

I love Big O tires. They are nice and professional.

They were able to get my vehicle in right away, to work on it the next day.

I called back to have tires put on my wifes car and they remembered who I was by name. Easy to work with.

The employees are awesome , they know what my vehicle needs. And I trust them working on my vehicle .

Englewood Team is the BEST! Extraordinary customer service. I refuse to go to my hometown Big O (Conifer). I have never been treated so rudely by a business. I will gladly drive the 30 miles to go to my friends at Englewood Big O.

They were fast and I didn’t have to wait forever for my vehicle to be completed. That’s with them have to got get the tires from the warehouse and then putting them on so super fast!

Due to a tire repair that was not holding, I needed to replace tires immediately; this store helped me with that matter. It was only one tire that needed replacing but others were >50%thru useful life; just replaced all tires.

I am a single women supper intimidated when it comes to bribing my car to be fixed. Connor the manger super professional but also welcoming and helpful. Joseph as well when I picked up my car. The costs were significantly lower in comparison with Mazda Dealer. Great service!!!!

Everything was great. The only thing I thought was odd was not being able to get an alignment the same day as purchasing new tires.

I worked with Connor at the store, he was fantastic! He found a used wheel for my vehicle, explained the cost to me, when it would be available and also price new tires for my vehicle. He went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I used snap financing and he understood everything about the process. I’m extremely happy with my new tires and have scheduled an alignment.
