After a 3hr wait when i was told 1.5 hrs i got my tires. 1 day later i see significant damage to my rim after install and that tire is already flat. Now i get to go back to get wasn't done right in the first place.

When scored low is because they tried to sell me brakes &rotors then later admitted they're still new (both 7K miles old) but they couldn't resolve shimmy issue in my steerwheel. At 1&half hours in I asked for a wheel balance, haven't had shimmy since, so I think that got fixed. The brake pedal sticking never really got addressed, it's still happening and we did speak about it. He looked up price on a new pedal LIGHT switch but I have since learned from NAPA I might need an adjustment in the pedal SPRING. It's now news to me from this ?er I should have been offered an alignment which would have made sense, so that's too bad. But upon leaving that day they had not given me an 'Answer' on the shimmy problem other than warped rotor which I said I would replace myself but I think the tire balance might have did it. 2 tires were out an ounce and half.

This whole team is great at this service center. I have been to other service centers and have never had the experience I had at this location. They all went above and beyond what I have ever experienced. My brakes literally fell apart when they were checking them. I knew they were bad, because they were noisy. These guys are a real credit to their profession. As a single female I am not to stupid about cars. They showed me the old parts and explained to my understanding what I needed. I even returned the next day for another part and got it installed. Andrew was the very best, but the manager Ron is exceptional. They were all very kind to me and I am really satisfied with my new SAFE brakes. They are literally just down the street from me and I shall return to them should I have any other car problems.

I dropped my car off the night before to make sure my car would get done early so I would be able to make it to work. I received a call at nine the next day from a young man trying to sell me more tires, even though I told the him what I was able to afford, he still tried to sell me on more tires that would raise my bill by 50%. I called him back at 10 to say no, he told me my car was almost ready with no definitive timeline. Did not receive a call back to say it was finished. I called back at 3 to find out the status and the manager said it had been done for a while. Didn't walk me through anything they did to my car, heard nothing about a free alignment check, and would really have appreciated one. That being said the young man was polite otherwise and the manager apologized for the lack of phone call to say it was finished. Not sure I will be returning.

Tried to upsell othet services. Replaced 3 lug nuts and stems, as I knew I needed. But used non-lug nuts that don't match. Ugly on the brand new wheels. Didn't tell us they didn't have matching lugs and didn't find out until we got home. Overall service cost $180 and not a good value.

Guided me to the perfect winter tires, removed my chains and put my summer tires in bags then in the car, extremely great service, I definitely will be returning.

I felt ripped off by my service. I was told the part was very expensive, but it was less than 20% of the total bill. I was charged $300 per hour for labor and there was only one technician. I feel this is a ridiculous rate for mechanic labor.

I have been a loyal customer to this store even when it was Youngs for about 20 years. Since it has been Big O I have had numerous repairs performed. I have spent thousands of dollars the last few years. My problem isn't the work done its the TREMENDECE UPSALE for more work to be performed that usually is not needed at the time I BRING MY VEHICLE IN. For that reason I am done with Big O Tires. What a refreshing change it was to walk into a mechanics shop and not be treated like a "dumb girl"! I came in on a Saturday afternoon 4/29/17) and noticed on my way in the door that the store closed in just 25 minutes so I wasn't sure that they would be willing or able to take care of my needs. Boy was I wrong! The store was immaculate, the gentlemen were courteous and fast and they communicated with me every step of the way. 3 different employees told me that the time didn't matter and that they would be happy stay late and make sure that I was taken care of. Wow! You just don't find exceptional customer service like that anymore! My company, a small auto dealership, plans on using this Big-O location more often because of my stellar experience. Thanks so much! Keep up the great work!

Ever since Todd left, this store has gone down hill, a previous manager mocked me when I corrected how one of the techs was tightening my lug nuts. He tried to make me feel like an idiot, saying he'd get his ASE certified "Torque Technician" to do it correctly. No major problems this time in, but I was told I needed a new tire because they couldn't patch a nail. I have never had them NOT tell me this, so I suspect it's just a ploy to sell more tires. Very wary of tire shops now because of how the staff act at the Englewood store.
