originally I went in for a tire repair, Big O said the nail was to close to the side wall and was unsafe for repair and reuse so I would need 2 new tires. I agreed and left the truck with them. I pick the truck up the next day but I don't notice until 2 days later that the tire Big O TOLD ME WAS UNSAFE FOR USE they put back on as my spare. The other tire that was on the truck that they discarded was totally fine. And now I am stuck with an unacceptable spare tire. CCOMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I would not return to Big O for tire service

Took two hours for an oil change and tire rotation and your people recommended not having an appointment. Not sure it was with it

With all but 1 bay empty, and a care needing and oil change, it took 1 hours and 45 minutes to have 4 tires swapped out. Either better time management from the store or hire more people.

BigO's commitment to customer satisfaction constantly delights me--both at the location I used to go to on south University blvd, and this new location on west Hampden. Your approach should be the industry model for all other businesses of this nature.

Asked for the Free 22pt inspection. Only feedback I received upon completion was that my brakes were fine. My question about a noise I was hearing was not even addressed. I took my car somewhere else to get a second opinion and discovered there was a leaking seal on the front driver side axle. This was not even pointed out to me and should have been something that would have been noticed in the supposed thorough inspection that is advertised at your company. Will be looking elsewhere for any further maintenance work done to my vehicle.

Great friendly service...

I came in for 4 new tires and an alignment. The technician presented me an estimate for almost $1500.00. My tires cost $480.00 and they told me they could not do an alignment because they said I had a bad tie rod that needed replaced. I was very upset and took my car to another mechanic who told me that you guys were just trying to take advantage of a woman, and thy did an alignment on my car. Needless to say I will not be back but will take my business elsewhere.

Great Job,

The gentleman I worked with on the phone was awesome. We talked about tires for awhile and he helped me choose the best tire for my vehicle. Unfortunately that is where the good service ended. When I got to the shop I found out an alignment was not included in my quote. I had told the man over the phone I wanted everything and of course who gets four brand new tires without an alignment. Moving forward - when my tires were installed the old style valve kits were part of my tires - which means foranyone with the pressure sensors on your tires that it doesn't get sealed properly and air is lost. Nearly two days after the install already had a flat. The store did come to my job to fix my tire. They told me it was the valve and that they rebuilt a new one. Well, still put the old style valves on. The following day all four of my tires were already losing air :( At this point I realized going back to this location would be a mistake so I went to a different one that fixed me almost immediately. I was shocked that a place that specializes intores would not have such simple knowledge. It's slightly disappointing when spending so much money at a store that specializes in tires would not have knowledge about the valves. Glad the other location saved me and gave me faith in the name Big O Tires. I would have gladly spent the $8 extra per tire to avoid having to bring my tires back daily.

This was my first time at Big O Tires and my experience was fantastic. Starting with my jnitial phone call, the people at the shop we're incredibly polite and helpful. They really worked with me to find the right tires for my situation and my current budget too, finding me a good "deal". I appreciated the thought to my individual situation, because spending money in tires is not always easy. They also fit me in last minute and serviced my car very quickly. I also wanted to highlight Adalyn as the person who helped me tremendously and was great at the job. Overall it was a great experience and you have gained a new "regular" customer. I have also already recommended you all to some of my friends. Thanks!

While waiting, other customers who called or arrived after me were helped first. I was in a bind and needed to buy tires the same day but would have preferred to go somewhere else, the person I worked with didn't seem to want to give me a good amount of options to choose from. The person I worked with offered me a couple of discounts, one of which was free labor which sounded attractive, but ended up being some $2 service charge, so I was also lied to.

Staff were very helpful. Service done quickly and never felt pressured

First of all $45 for a standard oil Chang is ridiculous. The store was dirty. One of the clerks just oozed of shadiness. The clerk was try to take advantage of a female customers ignorance about cars. The placed looked lime it might be shady. The place did nothing to change my mind!

I went in for an oil change and to get a tire leak fixed. Manager was friendly and helpful. Work was done quickly, and there was no charge for fixing the tire and for tire rotation. Great experience!

I have been to several different Big O Tire stores and every visit they recommend unnecessary additional work. This visit they gave me a quote for about $2,000 in work that my regular mechanic laughed at. Prior visit, to a different store, they told me my brakes needed replacement. Again, I took the car to my regular mechanic and he said it would be "fraudulent" to replace my brakes and that I had at least 6-8 months of wear remaining. In fact, 8 months later, I replaced my brakes. Apparently your business model includes recommending unnecessary work. In the future, I'll pay $25 to have my mechanic rotate the tires rather than go for the "free" rotation you offer.

As a first time tire buyer, I was treated respectfully and felt confident that I was being steered in the right direction. They were running a little behind because of some drop-in customers and other reasons, but once my car went in for tires, it was a very quick process. Thanks!

Dear Mark, Thank you for this opportunity to give you feedback on my visit to your Big O Store at I285 and Broadway in Denver this week. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an automotive repair facility. This is my story... On Saturday, August 12 at approximately 4 pm ALL the brake lights on my vehicle started flashing. I happened to be across the street from your Big O Tire Store on I285 and Broadway in Denver, so I immediately parked my car and walked to the shop. I explained the problem to Andrew, who (impressively) said he'd walk across the street to have a look at the car; which he did. Andrew took a couple of minutes to look at the dash lights, in the engine, and at all four wheels. He concluded that I was safe to drive....that the problem was probably a simple electrical fix. Sadly, he said he wouldn't be able to get to the problem that day, but if I were to bring it into the shop on Monday morning, he would help me. I thanked him, gave him my details, and told him I would be in the shop at 9 am on Monday. So, Monday morning, August 14, at 9am I brought my 2008 Pontiac Torrent into Big O. I immediately went to Andrew's desk and reminded him of who I was and why I was there. He explained that getting the dash lights off was probably going to be an easy fix, but if necessary they would run a $100 diagnostic. I thanked him and asked him to let me know prior to running the $100 diagnostic. I told him I would wait there to make it easy to contact me. After a little over an hour, I went to the desk and asked Andrew how the visual was going. He told me that, 'unfortunately' a regular customer had come in after me and needed their car looked at right away, so they hadn't had a chance to look at my car yet. I watched that customer and two others come and go, and at 10:40 am I went back to the desk to see what was happening. Andrew said that the shop had become very busy, and suggested that I go home and wait for their call. I explained that would not be possible, as I had already cancelled a morning appointment and needed my vehicle for another appointment at 1 pm. Andrew shrugged his shoulders and wandered off. At 11:05 I went up to 'Mike' who identified himself as the store's assistant manager. I explained to Mike what had transpired, and he said he'd check into it after he'd dealt with one other customer who he'd just cashed out. (Fair enough). At 11:10 Andrew came back to me and said that the visual hadn't shown anything so they had run the $100 diagnostic (WITHOUT MY PERMISSION) because "I could apply the cost to the repair.' I was quite surprised to hear this, but asked what the diagnostic had uncovered. Andrew explained that, unfortunately all the diagnostic showed was that the electrical components were not talking to one another; and that further work would need to be done to figure out the problem. At this point, I was quite upset....I had wasted over two hours of my time, a diagnostic had been run without my permission, nothing had been learned, and I was being told to pay $113 and leave my car for further (unexplained) diagnostics and charges. Andrew explained that I needed to pay the $113 in order to retrieve my vehicle, which I (unhappily) did. When I got in my car my dash light up like Las Vegas (there was an additional light on that was not there when I brought the car in for inspection), I found that all pre-sets had been 'unset' and I was unable to turn off my rear windshield wiper. In other words, I left with more problems than I had arrived with, and had to pay for the privilege! I have since contacted another repair shop (who said they would have run the diagnostic for free) who have since fixed the 'simple' problem. I am a small business owner, and I understand that problems sometimes happen. But I also understand that apologies (and refunds) sometimes need to be given. I would appreciate your consideration for both of these things. Please feel free to contact me if you need any further i
