The work was done, but I did not get a warm fuzzy feeling from the person who helped me. I was never called to let me know the car was ready. Granted, the number in your system was wrong, but I did give my number before I left. I was not made to feel welcome or that my business was important to you. This was a company car that will soon be gone. I don't see myself returning to Big O anytime soon. The service was adequate, but not enough to get me to return. There are many other choices out there.

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else

Requested that spare tire be secured in designated location following puncture repair and purchase/ installation of 2 new tires. Unfortunately this did not happen and I had to do so myself in a snow packed street. Also released vehicle w/ pressure light on dash lit. Could have been better...

Great customer service The best in town

I had to go back on Wednesday morning because you forgot to install new wiper blade on Monday. I called Tuesday to make an appoint but no one answered the phone. Someone returned my call--more than 24 hours later (and after I already came in and had the wiper blade replaced)--and even called a different number from the phone number I left. Need to change your phone service.

I did an alignment but the controlling wheel supposed to be straight which is not ... And as soon as have time I will visit to tell them about it

Andrew was especially courteous and knowledgeable. He even walked me to my car because it was dark.

They were supposed to call me when the tire came in. They said they forgot. They left my hood unlatched. They left my light switch in some position that caused oncoming drivers to flash their lights at me on my way home. What were they doing under the hood and why were they playing with the lights? It was only a tire change! I'm happy my hood did not fly open on the way home.

Andrew was very honest, thorough, and provided excellent customer service as well. I will definitely recommend my family, friends and co-workers.

As far as tires go, they do their job well. While I was in their lobby, I watched one of their guys turn a head gasket and valve cover gasket job on a subaru into a complete reseal. That ended up being $4500 or so. To make things better, he got the guy on the hook for financing. It's very unfortunate to see shops out there that will write you up for all the work they can think of just to make a buck. Buy tires here, and go to a real mechanic shop for mechanic work. Like Z Auto Service

Customer services was excellent

I traded cars with my daughter so I could get oil changed and tires rotated. It had been 6000 since either were done. The car was taken in 40 min after my appt. time. After all that they did NOT do rotation, even though I specifically asked for it! Said it was "not needed"�. Now I will need to re-trade cars with my daughter and go elsewhere. Not happy! They were taking too many walk ins before me and wanted to rush through evidently!

took my car in to put on winter tires. left and about 7 miles later the tire light went on. i returned and Nate told me that the technician had "put one of my tires on backwards". I returned half an hour later, and he told me my tire sensor in that same "backward" tire was now broken, but must have been broken all ready. At no time did I have any problem with the tire sensor until after that tire had been screwed up by the tech. Now he wants me to pay for the replacement of this sensor. are you kidding me?

I arrived at the store 45 min. before they opened. It was snowing heavily and there was a man out front shoveling off the entry area. He came over to the car, asked how he could help. I told him I had a large screw in my tire. He checked it out and confirmed that. I told I could wait until he opened , he said no way, go on inside get out of the cold, I've got hot coffee going and we'll get on the repair right away. They made the repair in 30 minutes and were completed about the time they were scheduled to open. Come to find out that man was the new MRG at that location and that was his first day there. There are 3 tire stores on the block, I could have chosen any of them, but with Customer Service like that...I'm SOLD...This was the Englewood, CO. store on Hampden Ave.....I'll be back

I went in for a tire rotation and it took two hours. I understand being backed up, but not 2 hours. My appointment was for 4:30 pm and I left there at 6:40 pm.

I went in because my tire was flat, then went in again for a tune up, Andrew took care of me every step of the way, when it comes to fixing my car I'm always worried about it being a process, but Andrew Hayes and the team in Englewood were fantastic! Thanks guys!

No body called me to let me know my car was finished so I ended up waiting an extra hour for my tire to get fixed even though it was done. Then the next day my tire started leaking air when it wasn't before I brought it in. Not pleased

I am so glad I stopped in to get my tires checked since two of them kept going low. I was not feeling good but was able to be out at a reasonable time so I am very grateful for their service.
