Big O Tires

After brining my car in for what appeared to be a alignment issue. It was determined that I needed a strut and CV axle. It was recommended that I do work on Spark plugs, fuel injector and clean out brake lines. All the maintenance items were fine and easy to perform, my issue was how the parts got ordered for the CV axle. I brought the car in on a Friday, then I was told on Saturday Ford ordered the sent the wrong part. The car would be done on Tuesday. On Tuesday I was told the part was ordered wrong for the SECOND TIME! The car was finished by Friday. I find it hard to believe the part guy at Ford messed up the order twice. Probably will not go back to Big O again.

The whole team was courteous and knowledgeable. Impressed that they were able to repair the tire that had a nail lodged in it very quickly and for free! Lifesaver, thank you, Hugh!

Took my car in for oil change and an alignment because I just got new suspension. They Forgot to balance my car so my entire front end was shaking. Forgot to put the caps back on my tires as well. Now I have to drive back another hour and a half back down the mountain just to get my car balanced. Got charged parts the next time i went in for the tire caps they forgot to put on the last time I was in. Not happy with overall service of last visit and extra charge because of their mistake.

Fine, but unexceptional in every way and very slow. No one told me my car was ready until I went up to the desk to ask even though I was waiting in the lobby the whole time.

I think the work took longer than needed when the tech was pulled off my car before finishing up some very last minute details.

The Good; They were able to get me in and out in short order. The Bad; I asked them to be sure put my tires in bags before they put them back in the camper of my truck. They forgot even though I specifically asked for this service which should be standard practice. The Ugly; The dirty tires got black all over my speeping bag, blanket and mattress pad. All difficult to clean.

I got two new tires, they failed to put one of my lug nuts back on the truck. Instead of telling me this I discovered it on my own. They said the lug but wasn't on the tire in the first place. I know this is incorrect. They said the lug was stripped and a new lug nut would not go back on. Incorrect again, I bought a new lug but and put it on myself. So they lost mine, told me it was already missing, and told me it was broke. All incorrect information. The tires were decently priced though.

Andrew is always extremely helpful every time I come in. The customer service is amazing, and they always are great at informing me of what they are doing and what I need.

I was helped with an oil change. I asked if there was a discount available for a synthetic oil change and was told "no"� and told there is a mailer coupon. I let them know the website didn't allow for a sign up for offers because the link was not working. I was not helped in this. If I had time I would have went somewhere else which would have offered the discount just because I asked, like Breaks plus. When I picked up my car I was told they rotated my tires. Great plus but as I drove out of the parking lot my low tire pressure gauge came on. You would think that Big O Tires would check the pressure since they are a tire shop. I didn't go back, I took my business elsewhere.

Wonderful experience. Staff was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Got me in, in a decent time and vehicle was even inspected to make sure there were no other issues. Will definitely be returning to this location.

I have brought my car in 3 times for different repair issues & had to bring it back 2 times. I am getting concerned.

The recommendations and assistance were above and beyond what I expected. I recommend that you give Andrew Hayes a raise. He is an excellent employee

After a free tire rotation, my tires/steering wheel became so shaky. I wouldn't recommend tire rotation there. But oil change $ is reasonable.

Think this was my last visit at big o Tires. I have had so many problems within the last year from putting different oils in my car to being charged for a new tire because they said i didn't have a protection package on my tires and come to find out later that's I had big O brand tires and the protection package was included but I was still charged for a new tire. My previous visit they recommended 4 new snow tires because they said my tires were over inflated and the middle of the tread was wear down but my tires only have about 20k miles on them and in fact big o was the one to actually over inflate my tires. Feel the quality of work in the garage is sub par and knowledge isn't the best. Not sure I will come back and I drive 1000-2000 miles a week and come in there 1-2 times per month but think Our relationship is over because i feel I am being scammed.
