Always good dealing with the staff but they were extremely busy (had to wait three hours for an oil change so busier than I realized)

1st place in automotive care in Denver. "If you're not first, your last."

Must be low of staff at the moment, but I did ask to have some wiper blades I bought installed -- which they did not do. Oil change was quick and painless though.

Mike went above and beyond to give me a great price and excellent service, including getting my car back to me with me being able to fix dinner for company that was coming" It was painless, knowledgeable And beyond my expectations! My thanks and appreciation for the great service!

I had been to Big O for my last two oil changes at a different location. This location was able to pull up my previous invoices and saw that I had been getting the Valvoline MaxLife High Milage oil, which is what I requested to get again. The person I spoke with told me I would be getting the same thing again. At checkout the person who originally helped me was no longer around and a different person helped me. I saw that they used conventional oil and put in a high mile oil additive instead. I asked about it and they said it was the same thing. I know it isn't the same thing and was disappointed in this aspect of the service. If they were going to use an additive instead of the specific product I requested and was told they were going to use, then they should have told me up front, not just completely failed to mention it and leave it up to me to notice or not.

I made a point to brag about Adalyn to the manager. Very knowledgeable, common sense, "Can I make a suggestion?". Since Goodyear left the location, my office has been suspect of mechanics overcharging us as we don't know newer cars. She advised me about some services I pre-paid for the previous day and saved me some money (why didn't the Service Adviser do the same previously?). I bring all my cars in there. I have peace of mind while she's there that my best interests are looked after. Reward her.

While I understand the need to upsell other services and products, and appreciate the need to inspect the car, I was there for tire service. It was suggested that my wipers streak. I just replaced my wiper blades about a month ago. As a female, it feels as though I can be easily sold? Thats not a great feeling. I should be able to trust the place I go for tire service. I love the tires and the warranty and the gentleman who greeted me as I came in did a great job of taking care of me at the counter.

I had a flat tire at work - bummer! Spoke with Mark and he said to bring it on in; he made my day!! Fixed my tire and I made it home that night thanks to Mark. Exceptional and very friendly service. Would recommend to anyone!

Checking is was easy. Rear breaks and a belt. When I picked my car up, the ship car was blocking me in, they did not go over what they had done. Brakes still have a grinding sound so I think they may have missed a problem. Taking it somewhere else to have it checked out.

Great location with very helpful and courteous staff. The manager was very personable and explained everything in detail. Very helpful staff who worked efficiently and quickly to get me back on the road.

My car was left with a dirty steering wheel that got grease on my clothes and the service writer did not answer my questions about the warranty. I do like the tires.

I was told that my oil change included tire rotation, but when I asked the guy checking me out said it wasn't shown on my checkout.. I did really like that the oil change was quick...

Service was done quickly. I asked to have an alignment done if needed, and it was. Now my truck rides really rough-lots of vibration and shaking. It wasn't doing that before I came in.

Fast friendly service. Did everything in a timely manner.

Went in for a 4 Wheel Alignment (knowing i will be doing some more work on the vehicle in the coming weeks) as I've had a lot of the front end items replaced (CV Axles, Wheel Hubs, reset the lift springs etc.). They aligned my vehicle, but was only able to adjust toe in - nothing else. When they adjusted only the toe in, they didn't inspect it after they drove it, they took it for a quick test drive and came back and said there's a knock and i needed a new rack and pinion (unrelated to the knock!) @ over $1300 (it's a $400 part??). They said the steering wheel wasn't returning properly (of which could be a LOT of things besides a rack and pinion!!) I inquired what they thought was causing the knock and they suggested i look at the CV Axles, of which both were already brand new...well I went home, reviewed the vehicle on the jack stands and found when they adjusted only the toe in it caused the tire to hit the frame thereby jerking the vehicle and causing rubbing and slices to come out of my Cooper STT Pro inner tread blocks, I found the CV Axles were fine and not causing the knock (due to the knock still being there after i replaced them). I also put in some wheel spacers to get the wheel to stop rubbing on the inner Frame. Upon further inspection the bushings on the driver side LCA are pretty much shot and will need to be replaced, as for the knock - i'm still looking, thinking it's those LCA Bushings that are shot. I looked at my outer tie rod ends while down there, boy are they scratched to hell from whatever he was using to align them, what and why did the proper tool not get used? I mean underneath isn't really looked at, but that's shoddy workmanship as this isn't someone's home garage, it's a professional place? Bottom line - I paid for a service, they didn't inspect the vehicle fully before or after. The person that did my alignment said i had a twisted brake cable - of which it wasn't, it's in a curve from the factory. He also said i had a lot going on under my vehicle, i asked him for examples and he just said i've done a lot to it. So nothing bad according to him? My brakes were also shot in the front, of which he didn't bring up to me - i actually asked for a brake inspection on the rear as i haven't done much to the rear at this point and figured if they were fine i'd leave them be. Kind of ironic as i went to Kohls after my Big O Tires visit, and on my way to take the kids to lunch my Brake Caliper on the driver side completely locked up (was hoping to get some brake parts ordered online to save some $$$ being the holidays!) The staff was very friendly - the staff had very good knowledge, but not for my case. But what makes me more upset than anything and i will be calling for my money back and possibly not return is that it seems they rushed my alignment so they could get back outside to smoking cigarettes and talking and just wanting to replace parts on an assumption instead of a real diagnosis. Again, very friendly - very knowledgeable staff but didn't do the job right? We did also just purchase a brand new set of tires and an alignment for my wife's 2017 Dodge Journey this month as well, they were very helpful.

I am a very satisfied customer. Bought my tires there and have been happy with the service ever since. They were slammed, but were very polite and did a great job in a quick amount of time. Even the bathroom was clean, too!

I have been to this new location since the store opened. I was concerned about some of the information I was given. I guess their are no notes about my vehicle on your data base. I had to have a new rebuilt engine put in my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and have since had the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel lines etc all replaced. So doing a fuel system fix I can understand thinking my engine has about 175,000 miles. I now really only has 5000 miles. Then I was told my rear breaks needed to be replaced, they are at 4 mm. I just had all my breaks and rotors replace at Big O on Federal around the first of the year, and maybe have 1000 miles. So this was concerning. the tech that checked me out went out and looked and said they maybe at 6 mm. So I am not sure about my breaks that pretty much just done. Then a break line flush was recommended. That might be true, but I am not sure after the previous suggestions. I have always gone to Big O stores. Now I am not sure about the service I am getting. And the suggestions be made to me. I felt like I was going to a place that just wanted to sell me something with really needing it. I now have a bit of a trust issue.

Very helpful and let me know what all my options were.

Service was good, they saw me right away and were courteous and attentive. The shop called me to tell me they needed to get some parts and would need the car another hour maximum. I said that would be fine but then after not receiving a call back I went back to the store after 1.5 hours. My car was done and sitting out back but no one had called to notify me. Additionally, about a day after the tires were put on my tire gauge was alerting me that pressure was too low. I checked the tires and they were underinflated by about 6-8 PSI. In addition 3 of the 4 tire valve caps were missing. Overall, service was good but attention to detail could be better.

The service was great. Did not feel like they were trying to intimidate me. Friendly and knowledgeable. Even called me by name.
