Big O Tires

Even though I was there for 3 hours, .....staff was nice. TV didn't work. Thank you for the suckers.

I worked with Ira remotely from my house in NJ. He was outstanding! Super helpful with a variety of issues fixing a car that had been stolen and vandalized.

Vehicle repair was expensive; customer service was excellent.

Mike was very helpful and informative. Customer service is awesome.

This is my second tire rotation and tire balance. The same morning I had a front end aliment. I still have a shaky truck at around 65 mph. 6 months ago i did the same thing and they said all is fine. It's not fine. I continue to have the shaking. I told them, bigO, six months ago to check each tire to see if there is any broken tread or anything. I am still having issues.

I like Big-O, easy to get in and get service. Ira is a good guy!

I parked my car and I walked inside and noticed 3 employees standing there and walked up to one to get help and let them know I had came in to change out my tires to my winter ones and the man just pointed to his right and said you need to speak to that guy at the end.. so I stood in line where two sets of other people were to speak to the man he pointed to and yet there was 3 people to help customers. None the less the man who had helped me was very nice and well mannered and walked me to my car to check out my tires and was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as far as what will happen with my car and what I should pay attention to when my tires start to wear down. I really appreciated his help. I was told it all would be done by 5 and I believe that's when they closed. Then by 5:10-5:15 I was still sitting and waiting till a man noticed me still sitting there and said are you still waiting on you car?.. obviously.. so he said it was done and apologized numerous times for not letting me know my car had been done.

We are a shop and were pleased by the service and attention.

I was happy to of been offered the credit card application, but when I was checking out, I had a coupon (from the mail) and was unable to use it. My total bill was around $1600+, and of course would of like to of saved more money, but was told it was only for Big O credit card, as I had been approved for SNAP.

Everyone was extremely the nice. Mostly the guy that helped me. My car was done in a timely manner.

The day after my oil change, I noticed a large puddle of oil under my car!! I had to return to the store so that they could tighten where it was leaking. Needless to say, I was very upset and it was inconvenient to go back. It was a simple fix that should never had happened!!

Great service, I will certainly return to this location for further service.

Always get great service at this location. Got the job done quicker than I expected.

Customer Service was fantastic! Two issues though. This is a new location and not all the equipment that needs to be updated annually is. The tire pressure gauge was not updated in the car. I was told this tool was not current and could not update a 2016 vehicle. Issue #2: the covering to the fuse area, inside the car, was on the carpet. It needed to be snapped back into place. Easy enough to do. The technician should have double-checked the inside before stating it was ready for pick up. This earned a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating.

Very fast service and cheap but high quality products

I was very pleased with the service I received. The gentleman I dealt with Mike, was courteous and helpful .I also did not have a long wait time. I would definitely recommend this retailer to everyone.
