High priced oil change and $25 for a brake light replacement bulb?

These guys are freaking amazing, Andrew Hayes in particular, the guy remembered me when I called back. Had the best service of any auto shop I have ever been to. You got a life long client out of me, place rocks. Give that man a raise.

Everything was fine--except they forgot to CHANGE MY WIPER BLADE which I paid for and was on my invoice. I had to return two days later to get the new one installed. Now they did quickly change the blade and was very nice about it two days later, but I should not have to come back to complain that one of the service that should have been done was not.

The customer service is outstanding.

Busy, snowy Monday at 7:50 AM....I was well taken care of...

Can I just give a huge shout out to the staff at Big O? I was panicking this morning when my car barely started. I also knew the engine light had been on for a bit and the brakes had been squeaking and there was a weird noise that sounded like the Millennium Falcon powering down. I recalled a shop nearby to where I work, but despaired when I saw it was a tire joint. To my surprise, I found on their website they also service cars. I dropped it off with Hugh and ran to work. On the phone I spoke with Andrew who was patient enough to explain everything to me and then to my husband. They completed everything by end of business day, which means the world to me since we're a one car family with a one year old. Thank you for getting my Honda safe for us again!

Great service, but this particular store has HVAC issues and it was so cold in the waiting area. I suggest they put in a space heater if it isn't against the lease

Overall, I have been very pleased with Big O Tires. There have been instances where auto repairs had to be redone, Big O took care of me without any additional charges and even reimbursed me on extra travel expenses that were required

Back again for my wifes car. Absolutely amazing. Came in late in the day and the guys had no problem getting me in and out in a very quick manner, while being both kind and efficient. love these guys down here and will be a customer for life.

It took 3 times to get it all fixed still have some Speaking in the brakes and hot brake smells but i think the rest is all good

Customer service was really friendly. Will come back for oil change, and mang more services.

I'd like to give a huge shout out to Matt, Brian, Andrew, and Brandon. I came in at random. Needed to get my oil changed, ended up needing a little bit more. Matt kept in communication with me with all the updates about my vehicle. And I thought that was so awesome to stay in communication with the customer. Brian did all my paperwork. He kept it easy clean and organized and provided me with other options handling my account. Andrew had driven my car back to the shop safely when additional work was provided and completed same day! Brandon did an excellent job on my vehicle, it feels and sounds great. Brandon, thank you for reassuring my confidence in my breaks. Together they did a very solid job. I'm very satisfied with my experience as well as the professionalism and teamwork that I witnessed. I'll definitely be coming back for future work.

I felt the store was understaffed, employees walked around in a bit of a daze, one employee tried to help the guy inside and it just all seemed awkward. Don't promise a car will be ready in an hour and then don't even start working on it for an hour.
