I liked going into the shop and getting out quickly

Great experience and very easy to use my Element fleet card to pay for the oil and tire change.

it was kind of a slow day, snowing and they said they only had one tech guy working that day, overall worked pretty fast.

The service was quick and didn't exceed the estimate.

I had a great experience at Big O Tires in Englewood. I needed all 4 tires replaced and an alignment. The Big O team was knowledgeable, professional and respectful of my time. I will return for future service and recommend other to use Big O in Englewood.

I was visiting from out of towm the customer service was very good and they got my car done and on the road in no time.

The store in Englewood right off of 285 and So Santa Fe just opened up. The people did a good job and didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra items. They were friendly, fast and efficient. Would recommend you give them a try. I got a flyer in the mail for a $5.00 oil change. Slightly higher using better oil.

3 hours to change my oil and switch to snow tires? That was with an appointment so I'm not sure what the point of that is. And then I drive away without a hub cap cover that I didn't notice was missing. I called the shop and they said they didn't have it.

As a young female taking my car in for service, I must admit, I'm always skeptical that people are trying to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge in cars. Adalyn and Nate were patient, never pushy, and educated me on the importance of a certain service that my car neeed. I'm grateful that they took the time to ensure my understanding and, in the long run, saved me $$$$. I will be going back to this place for more services in the future. Thanks again to those two and whoever the technician on my car was!
