I really enjoy the staff in this store they are kind, caring and they really explain to me everything that is going on.

Adalyn was Awesome! Knowing I was facing some costly repairs, she gave me some great pricing options and prioritized what could be fixed within my budget. Adalyn has a great sense of humor and made the whole stress of car repairs a little less stressful. I'm always been satisfied with the service I receive at Big-O.

Thanks for taking care of me early Saturday morning May 5 at the Santa fe and Hampden location. The wait was minimal and my alignment corrected which will hopefully stop my tire issue. Great customer service and appreciate applying a coupon discount as well!

Got a ride home which was nice. But I had to supply my own bags my my tires and they weren't in my car as I asked.

I bought a set of Michelins from this location. They had it done fast and aligned the car. It was a great experience. I highly suggest shopping here.
