Great service to their proper amount of time

I had to get the battery replaced on my wife's car but had only limited time. I called the Big O Tire store in Englewood, and although they did not have the battery in stock, they procured it during the time it took me to drive to their location. The battery was changed and I was back on the road within 15 minutes. I really appreciate them making my needs a priority.

Great. I had to come back to get a sensor replaced, but other than that all good.

Hi! I wish I could remember all the Gentlemens names, but I suffer from CRS(can't remember sh*t)! I brought my late husbands Montero truck in. They assessed problems that were not allowing the truck to pass emissions and had us(my Dad and I) out in a very reasonable time frame for what was repaired. The whole crew was working hard and I appreciated their good attitudes so much I bought the whole store a Red Bull as a tip! Keep up the good work guys! I appreciate you!!! So very grateful for the team at big O. Had a tantrum about getting new tires as I was driving to Jackson that day & thought I could just rotate & balance. Turns out it was the worst drive I've ever made to the Tetons & snowed the entire way. Thank you, thank you for the disaster prevention & I apologize if i was snarky.

I was pleased that I wasn't hit with all kinds of things needing to be done immediately like most places. I did not feel like they took advantage of a woman. They were very pleasant and forthcoming with information I wanted.
