I came in with a 1999 Isuzu Trooper that had just shredded its serpentine belt. They quickly found the root cause as a bad tensioner, gave me a repair estimate, and took me home in a shuttle. I picked up the car later, and everything is perfect!

Mike and the Crew were fantastic! Very friendly, and informative in helping me decide which services would work best for my car and I. They took the time to listen to my concerns and put me at ease with their expertise. They kept me well informed with updates. They made sure everything was to their high quality standards. It felt good being in a safe car again. Even my dog Egan enjoyed meeting Mike when he came to asses my car with me. I will definitely go back and give them high recommendations. Thanks Guys!

I called back to have tires put on my wifes car and they remembered who I was by name. Easy to work with.

I received an email reminder for a tire rotation. I called and made an appointment for the following day, the phone call was answer within 3 rings and very professional. I added an oil change with tire rotation,. The time took about an hour. The lounge had comfortable chairs and a TV. The magazine were new and several selections. The atmosphere was pleasant and the employees were polite to each other as well as to customers. When ready the employee walked over to me to advise that it was ready instead of yelling out my name, that was good customer service. The battery was tested which surprised me that it was done. Overall I am pleased except that a blended oil is not offered.

Englewood Team is the BEST! Extraordinary customer service. I refuse to go to my hometown Big O (Conifer). I have never been treated so rudely by a business. I will gladly drive the 30 miles to go to my friends at Englewood Big O.
