Big O Tires

Rep was very honest, and close to the mark, on how long it would take to swap out snow tires with regular tires. I always set the timer on my phone just so I have a clue as to when it should be completed. He came in early!

I recently visited 2 big o tires. The big o on federal was a life saver when I very suddenly had a flat tire. They came to aid quickly and never charged me. The big o on Hampden has always gotten me in quickly and my car is done when they tell it will be. No extra long waits. Thank You

I finally met an honest dealer. I was told by a big box company that I needed an alignment so went to this tire store for the first time. I waited for a short period and was told I didn't need an alignment and was shown the tests. This was done at no charge. I found a tire shop I will buy my future tires from. Thanks Guys. So rare today.
