I needed brakes on my car the same day I called. They were able to take care of the brakes, plus the inspection and a few other items my car needed, within a few hours. They were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store.

Madelyn is honest, common sense, very knowledgeable. When extras are suggested, she has all the reasons for a rational decision. She needs a raise.

I've just emailed the store with great praises...I was trying to be robbed (literally) at Discount Tires..and drove 3 blocks to this Big O and was treated straight and honestly...Andrew Hayes and that crew have my business now.
