Big O Tires

I went in, in need of a oil change already knowing I needed tires, Nate let me know how important it was to get those tires soon so I purchased them, and they were priced wonderfully! Johnny the tech did it in a timely manner and couldn't be more happy!

The team that was there the day I came in was amazing. They took me even though it was close to closing time and got me in and out with what I needed as quickly as they could. Good work!

Everyone was nice and communicated very well. The building was organized and clean, and I ended up waiting about a quarter of the amount of time that I thought I would have been waiting.

Everyone was friendly and the representative that helped me was professional to deal with. He told me straight up the screw in my tire should be an easy fix but if not, he would inform me before selling me a new tire. I appreciated the full disclosure.

Great location

My experience was mainly with Nate. He found my tires, went the extra distance when two out of 4 came in, got the tires on as soon as he could, was friendly, professional- his mask was even smiling! And he got me in my way for a commute the next day! He’s the best!!!

My experience was very pleasurable. The manager was very knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I definitely will come back for tires again

Timing was much faster than I expected. I had forgotten to mention that I wanted to keep my set that was on my car, but I didn't have to worry the associate had them bagged and loaded, she was very helpful and friendly for 9am

I am new to Denver but I use their sister company NTB in NC where I am from. Knowing I was new to the area and a teacher they worked to give me a tire package with roadside service that fit my budget. It feels good to be driving on tires I don't have to worry about!
