Big O Tires

I brought my 2004 CR-V in for evaluation of the air conditioning system, which was blowing hot air only. I researched the 'Net for info on this problem and learned this is a common, expensive problem for CR-Vs, especially 2004. Big-O evaluated my car promptly, efficiently, and thoroughly. Yes, the entire air conditioning system was toast. They offered to replace it for a very reasonable price. However, I've decided to forego this repair and not drive the car when the temp exceeds 80 degrees outside and it's sunny out. Just going to roll down the windows and hope that's tolerable.

Appreciate the expertise of the owner and manager in helping me select the best tire for my needs. They were able to get the tires delivered and mounted and the vehicle back to me quickly in spite of little advanced notice.

I popped in and was told it would be an hour and a half for an alignment. I wasn’t happy about that but not surprised either having not made an appointment. I was done in 30 minutes! I was very pleased!

I brought my car in about an hour before closing fully intending to leave it overnight. Nate up front and the mechanics in the shop all assured me that they could get the 4 new tires done as well as an alignment the same day. I told them it wasn't a big deal to wait til morning as I didn't want them to work beyond closing, but they didn't want me to be out a vehicle and kicked butt getting it done that day and done right. Incredible service and I couldn't be happier.

The associate with whom I worked (Connor) went above and beyond to help me understand what work was being done to my car. He took pictures of the process and then walked me through what was done! The mechanics who worked on my car did a fantastic job and made sure that my car was in working order!
