Great people, fast service

Called to make an appointment to get my brakes done and they said just come down. Had my brakes done all 4 in 2 hrs super fast super friendly.

Went in for an alignment check. Initially thought there was an issue but it turns out there wasn't. Conor D. was very professional.

Work done at a reasonable price with a little up sale

I'm highly satisfied about coming to that shop and getting my tires done, my old tires that were on there were so bad and cuped that my whole truck was shaking. I watched their mechanic technician work on my tires and they did an excellent job, they sure know what they're doing.

I called with no notice for an oil change. They got me in and out quickly, also rotating the tires and checking fluids. They had not dealt with Union Leasing before, but handled the billing with no bother to me. They were also friendly and pleasant. I normally trade with Big O in another town. My wife was in a physical therapy session in Englewood at the time, making this a pleasant and convenient experience.

I actually had an oil change at my Ford dealer and since they treated me so well and were happy to help me with my problems so quickly I canceled my oil change and came here! They were way more helpful and always friendly! I appreciate all the help several of the employees provided me and how easy it was for me who knows nothing about cars to get my services done. I’ll be back for sure!

The front desk associates, Adalyn, Conner and Nate are amazing. So kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Nate has given me a ride home several times. Saul the mechanic is beyond amazing. He knows my Mustang, always greets me, asks about me and the Mustang. He is also so kind and sincere. The other mechanics (unfortunately I don't know their names) always do a great job.

I actually called the day after to let you all know how satisfied I was but, I’m glad I’m doing it here instead. When I bought my car a year ago there was some plastic in the front that was hanging, difficult to explain but I hated it. I wasn’t sure how to fix it or who would and I was shocked to see the team at Bug O had fixed it without me asking. I was there for an oil change and they took the time to make sure that plastic part wasn’t hanging down anymore. They also explained to me I needed new tires. I usually don’t fill these out but I wanted to say thank you and it didn’t go unnoticed.

I walked out of the grocery store to find a nearly flat tire on passenger rear of my F150 I called to see if there was a chance I could get in and get the flat repaired somewhat quickly or were they busy? Long story short I pulled up they got right on my vehicle and in no time at all I was on my way. Thank you. Thank you all for doing your part and wearing masks. Overall very impressed very.
