Went in for 4 tires. Got a very good price. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very particular about who I let touch my car, I was happy to see how careful they were with my old girl. I was most impressed with the shop guys. Used a torque wrench on my wheels and a guy behind him to double check. Most tire shops slap them on with a rattle gun and call it good. Very professional and very well followed safety procedures. This is more important to me than price. They have a new customer now.

I had a fantastic experience, was given an amazing deal for the amount of money I had to spend, except for the fact that the diagnostic machine had a broken pin and they could not troubleshoot my ABS & traction lights staying on. They did tell me they would contact me once it was repaired.

I was calling around for quotes on tires and came across Big O as they were down the road from my home. I believe I spoke with Nathan Azzam. He was able to answer all my questions as well as provided an un biased opinion on Tire selection. I hadn't realized but the store has been closed for 20 minutes, yet he still took my call gave me all the information i needed and didn't rush me off the phone. He was able to schedule me in very quickly and I was impressed with the level of customer service he provided. He was also the one who took care of me when I arrived and when I picked up my vehicle. Its quite hard to come across individuals who make customers happy, give the man raise or a bonus.

I was highly satisfied due to the man who checked me in. I scheduled my appointment on line, but there was no record of it that he could find. However, he did work me in, and my wait was only 30 minutes longer than anticipated.

Awesome dudes to kick it with. Allowed me to tweak my front end a bit while it was up on the lift. All four tires seemed to bead properly all holding pressure. Thanks guys

From the moment I walked in, to the time I picked up my Jeep, the staff was friendly and helpful! The service the quick and the job seems to be holding up so far, I just got a tire patched, but will continue to come back to this location!
