I had to have a tire repaired, and simply stopped in and it took about 45 minutes to complete, with no charge. I will definitely consider returning when I need tires.

The staff was professional, courteous and informative regarding my tires and my vehicle safety check. Communication was excellent about setting up the best time for my tire change where I had the least amount of waiting. My service was completely as expected and correctly. I appreciate the protective bag for the snow tires I was taking home to keep my vehicle clean and keep the tires protected from the sun. This was my second experience at this location have bought tires and had other services. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with staying within the price range needed. I was told an Alignment came with the oil change. Totally false and I was not happy because I needed one and would have scheduled it if I knew it was not going to be free.

I'd been shopping around for tires for a while now, but then an unexpected pop forced my hand. Big O had the tires I wanted (in stock) for the best price around. Installation was even cheaper than many other competitors in the area. All the associates I worked with were friendly and knowledgeable, making this a great overall experience. I will definitely come back for my next tire needs!
