Great customer service The best in town

My car broke down at a gas station next door to this Big O tire. I walked in to borrow some tools and the Manager at the desk offered check out my vehicle! He submized it was probably the starter and put me on the schedule even though it was obvioius it was already busy. I left to do errands and came back to find they had PUSHED the vehicle into the garage(in the rain) and were working on it. Put a new starter in and saved me the price of a tow along with a rental car. I can't thank them enough for the kindess they showed me. One person's emergency isn't always another's BUT it was to them! I'm indebted to this Big O.

Andrew was especially courteous and knowledgeable. He even walked me to my car because it was dark.

They helped explain snap financing, explained when the tires would arrive, and the drop off. Also very kind to put my vehicle in line when I showed up do to no one being able to operate the door.

Andrew was very honest, thorough, and provided excellent customer service as well. I will definitely recommend my family, friends and co-workers.

I am a Senior Citizen and had a flat tire on a 100 degree afternoon in Denver, 70 miles away from my home. It was 3:00pm and I was concerned about getting the flat fixed and safely home before dark. Luckily, the Big O Tires Store in Englewood, CO, was only one mile away. The courteous & professional staff took care of my tire problem (even though I did not have an appointment), and got me back on the road. Thank you, Big O Tires! I will remain a loyal customer.

I arrived at the store 45 min. before they opened. It was snowing heavily and there was a man out front shoveling off the entry area. He came over to the car, asked how he could help. I told him I had a large screw in my tire. He checked it out and confirmed that. I told I could wait until he opened , he said no way, go on inside get out of the cold, I've got hot coffee going and we'll get on the repair right away. They made the repair in 30 minutes and were completed about the time they were scheduled to open. Come to find out that man was the new MRG at that location and that was his first day there. There are 3 tire stores on the block, I could have chosen any of them, but with Customer Service like that...I'm SOLD...This was the Englewood, CO. store on Hampden Ave.....I'll be back

Fast friendly service

I went in because my tire was flat, then went in again for a tune up, Andrew took care of me every step of the way, when it comes to fixing my car I'm always worried about it being a process, but Andrew Hayes and the team in Englewood were fantastic! Thanks guys!

Jonathan was very flexible and easy to work with. They did what they could to help me. I will recommend it to others for sure.

I am so glad I stopped in to get my tires checked since two of them kept going low. I was not feeling good but was able to be out at a reasonable time so I am very grateful for their service.

Tires were cheaper than other places

Took two hours for an oil change and tire rotation and your people recommended not having an appointment. Not sure it was with it

I went in they were able to see me right away I just had to give him my phone number all my information was in the system they had me in and out within an hour it was clean oh there was no cold water or water at all in the fridge but I think that's due to the pandemic but it was totally fine like I said I was in and out everything was great very friendly customer service
