Big O Tires

I am a very satisfied customer. Bought my tires there and have been happy with the service ever since. They were slammed, but were very polite and did a great job in a quick amount of time. Even the bathroom was clean, too!

The guys there are great! They are very friendly and helpful. My dad has been a BigO fan for years and I agree with him. They do the job right and treat you right in the process.

I had a blown tire that was completely trashed. The staff helped me out and replaced my two front tires just 30 minutes before closing. I was impressed with the speed and friendliness of the staff and will likely return to that location soon to replace my two rear tires.

I went to the Big O Tires on South Federal and they were booked until the next day and could not help me so I asked the guy to call the next closest Big O Tires to fix my flat tire. He called them to see if they had time to fix my flat tire and they could, so I drove over there right away. They told me it would be 2 hours and I was grateful they could do it at all. So I went walking around and they called me 1-1/2 hrs. later that my vehicle was ready! I was so happy to have my vehicle back. I had a nail in the tire and filled it up at home (with my little electric bike air pump) to drive to both places and was grateful to get it fixed the same afternoon I needed it to do errands. Thank you so much and I may start taking my vehicle to this Big O Tires from now on. The one on South Federal is always so busy! Thanks again!!

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else

I came in to have my tire looked at thinking I needed a new tire. The guys were able to patch the tire without making me have to purchase a new one for free and sent me on my way!! Quick. Easy. Seamless. Extremely satisfied with assistance. Will recommend and will come back!!
