Made the appointment via phone and was able to do the after-hours drop off. Service completed ahead of schedule.

Mike, the service rep, was real knowledgeable. I just bought tires. When .conducting the safety check the tech found a leaking transmission seal. Mike did online research and discovered that the repair would be covered under my vehicles warranty. He insisted that I take it to the dealer first. Pretty honest service.

I made an appointment for an oil, but it still took longer than if I went to other places with out an appointment.

Mike and Andrew were great. They and the mechanic stayed late to finish fixing my wheel bearing bearing and get my car aligned.

Very simple approach: I had a nail in my tire - they took the wheel, they fixed it and called me back the following day when it was done. I did not get charged which sounds silly but means something. I bought summer and winter tires for my Tesla (expensive) tires for my Highlander and my Jetta. So all this was on file (I assume) and when they had the opportunity to make a good commercial gesture, they did it. well done. That's how its done. Simple. So, thank you

I made a point to brag about Adalyn to the manager. Very knowledgeable, common sense, "Can I make a suggestion?". Since Goodyear left the location, my office has been suspect of mechanics overcharging us as we don't know newer cars. She advised me about some services I pre-paid for the previous day and saved me some money (why didn't the Service Adviser do the same previously?). I bring all my cars in there. I have peace of mind while she's there that my best interests are looked after. Reward her.

All the staff at that location are very friendly and nice. If I am not understanding what needs to be done they do the best they can to explain it to me so I understand. That makes all the difference!

I had a flat tire at work - bummer! Spoke with Mark and he said to bring it on in; he made my day!! Fixed my tire and I made it home that night thanks to Mark. Exceptional and very friendly service. Would recommend to anyone!

I was told that my oil change included tire rotation, but when I asked the guy checking me out said it wasn't shown on my checkout.. I did really like that the oil change was quick...

Told 'em the tire was flat. They said leave it here and we'll fix it. And it was done correctly and I'm on the road again! And it was sooner than I had expected.
